I'll keep it short today.
1) Wednesday morning (yesterday) began with a statement received from prisoner Evgeniy Terekhin regarding the use of violence. He accuses the same Schegol and another employee of IK-6 Kopeisk Makarov. It's sickening to retell it. Are they by any chance latent homosexuals with a sadistic bent? Evgeny has been on a hunger strike since November 19. ((This was confirmed, by the way, by members of the Public Monitoring Committee who visited him. “He’s very thin, he can barely walk, he’s really ill. He urgently needs to go to the hospital,” Dina Latypova told me in a conversation...
Based on these facts, I wrote a statement about the commission of a crime against Terekhin and took him to the Investigative Committee of the Investigation Department in the Chelyabinsk Region. I was afraid to attach the original statement from Terekhin himself in case it disappeared...
2) I also wrote a statement regarding the threats to the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Directorate for the Chelyabinsk Region. On Tuesday they interviewed him at the Prosecutor's Office for the Chelyabinsk Region. On Wednesday, some employee of the prosecutor's office called - an assistant prosecutor (I wrote down the number), and urgently decided to give me a summons. She asked about what - to interview him. I’m telling you, they interviewed me yesterday. He insists, he says, he stood at my door all day. Witnesses to the conversation with this persistent assistant prosecutor were 2 experts from the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation and an acquaintance of mine. By the way, the agenda is for Thursday. She said send it by mail and hung up. What do you need, I wonder???
3) Witnesses to the attack by riot police are pressed, and houses are broken into without subpoenas or warrants. (Guys call and complain. People are practically being herded. ((
4) Today I saw the girl Christina with a broken leg and the same Yana who lost her child. ((Once again I’m outraged, what kind of men are these who “mutilate” young women??? Moral deformity. (
5) Calls from relatives do not stop. They write that the man did fall from the tower, they even sent his full name, they will go check today or tomorrow! Lawyers will also go to other convicts whose relatives also cannot find them. The administration of the colony still does not come to the meeting; the relatives are not informed what is happening to their loved ones. Information is still minimal. If NO ONE is hurt, show everyone, we are ready to work day and night, counting the prisoners head by head. Well, or there is another way - give them the opportunity to talk to their family for a minute from a payphone. Just a minute - and everyone will calm down!!! Why do you persist??? What kind of inhumanity???
6) Thanks again to all of YOU PEOPLE! Your support is greatly appreciated! It's actually scary to walk down the street here. ((
PS When this text was already written, unknown people started knocking on my door (this morning). They said that they were from the prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region, they knocked hard on the doors and rang the bell! At first they said that they were from the police, then that they were from the prosecutor’s office. One of them refused to introduce himself at all and left, the other said that his name was Alexander Davydov and he worked on a voluntary basis. I said that I would call their superiors, and in the end, 5 minutes later Maxim Aleksandrovich Grachev called me - good thing. Department for Supervision of Compliance with Federal Laws of the Regional Prosecutor's Office, and begins to demand that I open the door, confirm that these are police officers, but the summons is from him! He threatened that I would be forcibly taken to the prosecutor's office.
I didn’t open the door, because I had already given an explanation the day before yesterday, when Prosecutor Mamaev invited me.
What is this anyway???
