We need a square, not a temple

On November 28, in the Babushkinsky district of Moscow, a meeting of residents with deputy Marina Ovchinnikova was held. The reason for the meeting was the persistent, simply manic desire of the local authorities to destroy the only public garden in the microdistrict with beautiful trees and playgrounds, which, in addition, has the status of a legally protected natural complex, and it is completely illegal to build another temple in its place. Although it is generally forbidden to build on this boulevard (all the legal calculations are given here ), and there is already one temple on it, which, we note, was also built completely illegally. Appetites are growing.

We have already told how in September of this year a certain illegal gathering of citizens was held in the Babushkinsky district, although the citizens of the microdistrict were not invited there, but only Orthodox activists living in an unknown location were invited. Who advocated the construction of another religious institution in the area, although there are already more than enough churches of all styles and sizes in the area, but the situation with kindergartens and clinics is simply a disaster.

And the most surprising thing is that even though the prosecutor’s office recognized this gathering, and, therefore, its decisions, as absolutely illegal and even proposed to bring its organizers, i.e., the local government, to justice, the head of this very local government, Anzor Rashidovich Alisultanov, continues to send messages to residents senseless replies in the spirit: the people have decided, so we will build. Although, according to a number of Moscow and federal laws, it is impossible in principle to build anything on the territory of this natural complex, no matter what meetings the local bosses organize.

In general, strange things are happening in the Babushkinsky district. Recently, central television showed a wonderful program about how a petty boss of this area celebrates his birthday on a grand scale, which would be the envy of the super-rich Arab sheikhs: a huge luxurious hall at VDNKh, many guests in good positions, songs and dances, cancan, Piekha, Bronevitskaya and other stars - fantastic! And now it turns out that not only Moscow, but also federal laws no longer apply in the territory of the Babushkinsky district! Just some kind of Bermuda Triangle. Maybe Comrade Alisultanov will soon abolish the law of universal gravitation in the region!

As for the reasons for the persistent desire of the local authorities, contrary to the law, to build another temple here, which, if you look at its plan, will completely destroy the natural complex, at the meeting it was suggested that the territory of the park has already been sold to certain commercial structures near the church. Judging by the persistence of local bosses, this may very well be the case.

Therefore, at the meeting it was decided to stand to the end, defend their beloved park and soon hold a large-scale rally here against the lawlessness of the local authorities, because today there is clearly someone superfluous here - either the residents of the district or the district authorities. I think it would be better to change the management. And easier.
