The latest development of one of the companies of the Skolkovo innovation center will help law enforcement agencies in the fight against corruption. From the beginning of next year, Russian banks with state participation will receive unique equipment - an ultra-sensitive banknote counter equipped with a nanoscanner with the function of recognizing biological materials. In a fraction of a second, the supernova scanner not only reads the papillary pattern of the fingertip, but also identifies “fear DNA” - substances produced by the sweat glands during strong anxiety. The invention was created as part of the anti-corruption program.
Biometric technologies are becoming an important element of security systems. A unique fear counter-analyzer was developed by residents of the “smart city” - the companies “RamMix” and “InSpectr”. When a person is afraid of something (in this case, law enforcement officers are interested in fear when giving and receiving a bribe or fear of exposure), the body produces specific substances that a smart scanner will help identify.
When counting banknotes, the biochemical lasers of this device scan fingerprints and transmit to the database only those prints that contain “fear DNA”. If there are quite a lot of banknotes with “Fear DNA” belonging to one person, bank representatives will have to hand over these materials to law enforcement agencies.
Identification of potential bribe-takers will be carried out using various databases collected over many years by Russian and foreign intelligence services. After identifying the former owner of the suspicious banknotes, the tax authorities will check his income and finances.
