Nothing grows and develops in our country as swindler. Wherever you look - scammers around: do not call on the phone, don’t send SMS, don’t participate in lotteries, and so on. But they also decided to find a council on these negligent swindlers. And now in the Criminal Code there are six more types of fraud . From December 3, Russian lawyers will exist for Russian lawyers as fraud in the field of lending, insurance, computer information and entrepreneurial activities, as well as fraud for receiving payments and fraud using payment cards. In a word, scammers were stood from all sides. But, with regard to the innovation, its most important component is that now criminal cases against Ostap Bender's followers will be initiated when the victims were contacting the police, and not at the discretion of representatives of law enforcement agencies, as it was before: 99% of fraud cases were initiated by law enforcement officers.

Everyone will have a question now: "Who is this smart?" The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation was the initiator who made these proposals in the spring. True, not everyone was supported by the idea. Experts in the need for innovations are surely as much as law enforcement officers are not sure of it. And still! After all, the work will be submitted. The scammers are shallow people. Sometimes it seems that ideas about how to "fool" people are born not by days, but by the clock.

On the contrary, I am sure that such an innovation will be of great benefit. Statistics are disappointing in relation to the victims of scammers. Perhaps such measures can be prevented by numerous crimes, and potential victims of the swindlers will be able to sleep calmly.
