The organizers of the Moscow "Marsh of Freedom" continue to discuss the route of the procession with the mayor on December 15. In the coordination council of the opposition, which is engaged in the preparation of the action this time, they certainly wanted the procession to end in the Lubyanka area, at the symbol of political repression, the FSB building. Where the march will come from, it is not so important: the applicants proposed the City Hall of Kaluga Square and Novokuznetskaya Street. The capital’s authorities were not imbued with these proposals and did not give good to the action. “Due to the serious flow of transport on these streets,” Sergey Udaltsov specified, according to the city hall. Instead, the protesters were offered to return to a long -term path - from Pushkinskaya Square, along the boulevards, to Sakharov Avenue. This way, activists already walked on June 12 , and on September 15 , during the “Million Marshm”, and even earlier - in May, when writers and artists inspected Moscow Boulevards .

Now the organizers refuse this route. “People do not want to again on Sakharov Avenue, they believe that the procession should end in one of the central squares,” Sergey Udaltsov refers to people's surveys on the Internet. The organizers counted four such areas: the Manezhnaya, Slavic, Lubyanskaya and the Square of the Revolution. Activists are ready to fully give the determination of the scene of the start of the march to the city authorities, but with the condition that the route should be no shorter than four kilometers. The applicants sent a letter with these proposals to the city hall on December 5, but they are not waiting for a quick coordination. “Negotiations can end a few days before the procession, as it was more than once,” says Sergey Udaltsov.

This is the first protest promotion that the opposition council (KS) is organized directly. The applicants at the city hall were detained by those who did not have administrative offenses of the Constitutional Court - Peter Tsarkov, Evgeny Tretyakov, Gennady Gudkov, Vladimir Thor and Mikhail Gelfand. The negotiators with the authorities are Sergey Udaltsov and Nadezhda Mityushkin.

This time there will be three requirements: Down with the Dictatorship, “Free Elections” and “Freedom to Political Personents,” the CS member Sergey Davidis lists. “We formulate specific requirements for the next events,” promises Davidis and emphasizes that the “march of freedom” for the coordination council is important, since the first. The expectations of protesters must be justified: “The coordination council should breathe life into a protest movement,” says Davidis.

“Another Russia” traditionally participate in this procession, then the Yabloko party refused. Her leader, Sergei Mitrokhin, was skeptical of the emergence of the Nationalist Vladimir Thor, the New Gazeta writes .
