Japan is shocked again

A strong earthquake occurred off the east coast of the Japanese island of Honshu. According to American seismologists, the magnitude of the earthquake was 7.3. Its epicenter was located in the Pacific Ocean 300 km from the coast of Japan at a depth of 30 km.

The tremors were also felt in Tokyo, with buildings swaying in the city. According to Japanese seismologists, a one-meter high tsunami is expected on the coast of Honshu. The tsunami waves that will reach the coast of Japan's Miyagi Prefecture following an earthquake in the Pacific Ocean will not exceed one meter, the Japan Meteorological Agency reports .
