A competition has been announced to develop a project for a monument to the Russian rock musician, singer, poet and film actor Igor Talkov, which will be installed in his homeland in the city of Shchekino, Tula region.
Participants in the competition are invited not only to create a project for a sculptural composition, but also to develop proposals for the improvement of the adjacent territory, the press service of the regional government reported on Monday.
The three best options will be awarded a diploma and a cash prize in the amount of 50 thousand to 150 thousand rubles.
