Exactly two years ago, on December 11, 2010, what was later called "riots" on Manezhnaya. Some formal signs are evident. There were injured civilians, the Christmas tree was twisted, they were thrown into riot policemen (Christmas balls, snow, beer banks), went to the police with metal fences and burned files. One of the participants shot the air from the injury - "use of weapons." True, nobody touched the abundant displaying windows of neighboring boutiques and nothing caught fire. And so - yes. In the end, not accurate compliance with the formal signs of the law bothers citizens, but their own security.

Law enforcement agencies are called upon to ensure this security. They defended - stopped. And even covered several beaten Caucasian boys with their bodies. True, for some reason, they drove the protesters on the playplane in the subway, where the energy of the most active was able to turn around with particular force - there it was possible to "jump" on foreigners much more efficiently. For the police at the stations to keep track of everything and work is much more difficult. But in front of the Kremlin, calm reigned and no one showed a gear walls, demanding to deal with the negligence of the police in the murder of Sviridov. When in the evening Nurgaliev suddenly said from the screen that the riots were arranged by the "left -winging organizations" , they decided that it was just a fool. The investigation went almost a year. And then there were courts.

The greatest outrage of people was then caused by the frames of the bloodied Caucasian schoolchildren and their Russian friends. For several days they were shown by all central TV. Then it stopped.

And a year later, three National Bolshes turned out to be in the dock among the five accused. Given that in Moscow, the members of their party hardly recruited several dozen, and there were 5-10 thousand people on the arena that day - a strange proportion. But the accusation is even more interesting: Article 212 Part 3 (calls to riots), Art. 318 Part 2 (Application of violence to a representative of the authorities). In the beatings of the Caucasians (on the square and in the subway), not one was accused . The Caucasian boys did not even go through the affected in the "manage business". Just like the other beaten. The detainees were released for the fight in the subway - they were not able to prove involvement. But the injured were two dozen riot police . By the way, the one with whom Berezyuk fought (by pictures of their struggle was full of the Internet) lost his helmet in the struggle - he was not fastened. The consistency of the actions of the accused was proved by the fact that UNCHUK helped to rise to the fallen Berezyuk, and Berezyuk himself called to call an ambulance for Panin who lost consciousness.

In the case of the three National Bolsheviks there were extensive descriptions of the activities of another Russia and the shares of Strategy-31 on the triumphant. But not one of them was recognized as the organizer of the riots. As a result of the noisy process, the accused received from 2 to 5.5 years of imprisonment. This summer, four more were judged - much quieter and softer. Articles - the same, to them was added to Part 1 of Article 282 (inciting hatred). However, the deadlines are from 2 years conditionally to 3 real ones. And among the "second portion" there were neither guilty of beatings of civilians, nor organizers.

Filming of beatings of schoolchildren is still hanging on the Internet. People who actively provoked the police and the crowd in this episode are also on the frames. But they remained "unidentified faces." Like the famous "Mask Man", who negotiated with the police leadership on behalf of the protesters. As well as campaigning for the arena in social networks.

For two years, the details of the "manual business" were forgotten. Many are sure that it was the convicts who were those who beat the Square of non -Russian boys. Although in reality their fault consisted in “throwing objects towards riot police” (with the exception of Berezyuk, who became a symbol of “violence against the police”) and choral chanting “Russians forward” and “garbage - shame of Russia” (these slogans quoted the accusation).

In October 1993, “riots” also took place in Moscow: at least two hundred people died. Then, too, there was no broad public discussion and there was not even a trial. Some applauded triumphantly, others fell silent, hiding anger. We still do not have an answer to the question “what it was”, and we did not understand the individual responsibility of each of the main participants in the events. Not turning into characters in history, they immediately became objects of myths and defaults. The same happens with the arena.

The same thing can happen with the case in Bolotnaya. Someone will be imprisoned, someone will receive an increase. Why and for what really, we may not recognize. It will end, and our illusory sense of safety will be restored. Until the next time. Because those who once incurred and beat, walk next to us. Just like those who gave orders to shoot and disperse.
