"We prepared a lawsuit under Article 152-1 of the Civil Code (protection of the right to image), since one of the videos of the Pussy Riot group used the image of Safronov. Nikas never supported this group. It is not clear for what purpose it was shot at a public event and placed in the video," Zhorin said. He explained that in order to file a lawsuit, the defendant must be established. “Perhaps we will turn to the Office“ to ”the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia so that they install the creators of the video and the one who was the first to place it on the network,” the lawyer noted.
