The Tver court of Moscow was detained by the head of the apparatus of the president of the Olympstroy state corporation Viktor Luchinkin. The official is suspected of large fraud, the Chuvashia GRK reports.
At the same time, law enforcement agencies emphasize that this case is not related to the activities of Olympstroy, headed by Sergei Gaplykov. The reason for the arrest is the previous work of Luchinkin in Chuvashia as the head of the "communal technology", the message says.
A criminal case was instituted under two articles: embezzlement and fraud. According to investigators, Luchinkin paid for his overstated salaries and premium to some company managers. And also, using his official position, he entered into agreements, as a result of which the company's funds were stolen.
The investigation of this case began back in February. Then the operatives of the Republican SU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted searches in “communal technologies” and seized documentation on the activities of the company uniting the housing and communal services enterprise of the four cities of Chuvashia - Cheboksar, Novocheboksarsk, Tsivilsk and the Mariinsky Posad.
Luchinkin headed this company from 2006 to 2010. After that, several directors have changed in the company for two years, the report says.
By the way, Gaplikov, before the president of the Olympstroy Civil Code, headed the Government of Chuvashia (2004 - 2010) in January 2011. And then during the year he was the deputy head of the government apparatus (2010 - 2011), then headed by Vladimir Putin.
Recall that in early August this year it became known about the first criminal cases directly related to violations during the construction of Olympic facilities to Sochi-2014. Two criminal cases have been instituted on the facts of theft of more than eight million budget funds in the construction of the sanitary-bebslene route and the central stadium in Sochi, then they reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, promising to transfer cases to court in the near future.
