The Tverskoy Court of Moscow today sanctioned the arrest of Oleg Trishkin, ex-head of the committee on energy and engineering support of the government of St. Petersburg, suspected of embezzlement of budget funds allocated for the construction and overhaul of urban heating and water supply facilities.
