On Wednesday, the Basmanny Court extended until April 1 the term of detention by the hero of the Anatomy of Protest-2 Leonid Razvozzhaev (this happened a day earlier with the second arrested on charges of organizing the riots Konstantin Lebedev). The court decision, however, was expected, but the process came out surprisingly substantial - and scandalous.

Why, it became clear when he asked for words and stated that a man sitting behind the investigator Grachev was one of those who allegedly held him for two days in the basement after abduction in Kyiv.

The lawyers demanded that he introduce himself, and the bailiffs checked the documents from him, but Judge Karpov said that there was no norm in the law that obliges to do it. However, the activist of the “Left Front” by Aleksey Sakhnin and the civil wife of Razvozhaeva Yulia Smirnova, who were in the courtroom, identified the visitor. According to them, this is the investigator Dmitry Pleshivtsev, who conducted searches from them after the arrest of Lebedev and the “confession” of the defeat of Razvozhaev.

After this scandal, the defense began to systematically destroy the arguments of the prosecution. For example, after the investigator Grachev set out in detail the canvas of “hats” (Leonid is also accused of robbery, which occurred in the Irkutsk region 15 years ago), the lawyer Agranovsky said that “it had come that on December 4 the statute of limitations for the“ Irkutsk caps ”had expired. Therefore, it is strange that the investigator claims the need for investigative actions in Angarsk. ” This seemed to be confused even by Judge Karpov, who redirected the question of Grachev. He tried to say that the UK wanted to resume the investigation, to which the lawyer Denisov already remarked: “Yes, all the material evidence was destroyed on him. Are you restoring the hats from the ashes ”?

More accusation of a delicate fur topic did not return. The investigator and the prosecutor focused on interfering with the introduction of documents on the state of health of the Razvozhaev (one of his diseases - Osteomyelit - it is exacerbated in the pre -trial detention center), written testimonies of the witness of Razvozhaev in Kyiv - Sadeca Ali Sharif (employee of the human rights organization HIAS), as well as a lawyer survey of the defendant of the film “Anatomy Protest-2 ”George Targamadze, who was held by Chanidze’s lawyer in Georgia. However, the judge, albeit with a creak, but introduced everything.

Investigator Dmitry Pleshivtsev, who formally located on the process in the status of a free listener, could not stand it and shouted from the hall: “According to someone else's passport!” To which Chanidze’s lawyer recalled: “In the case file there is a copy of the passport of Razvozhaev with a mark on the passage of the Ukrainian border on October 19.”

After that, the judge, who announced the predictable decision to extend the arrest, was carried out with unpleasant cries. Activists of the “Left Front”, traditionally immersed on the mobile Internet, were happy to watch how the news of the court over Razvozhaev was supplanting a presidential message from the Top of Yandex.

Of course, such a fiasco investigation required a response. The next day, a new portion of certain audio recordings and negotiations in Skype, allegedly confirming that Georgian politician George Targamadze, not only sponsored the opposition, but also directly led the actions of Razvodzdzhaev and other left -wing activists on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, was on the next day. The official representative of the Investigative Committee, Markin, said that these materials are genuine, and Sergey Udaltsov - that this is another fake. Without believing anyone, we will continue our own investigation.
