The Roskomnadzor competition commission for the distribution of seats in the second multiplex has completed: 18 TV channels competed for 10 seats. The Dozhd TV channel was not included in the package of mandatory TV channels. The channel's editor-in-chief Mikhail Zygar reported this on his Twitter microblog .

“Everyone around me didn’t believe it, but I’m still offended. I thought: what if,” Zygar wrote.

The first frequency in the multiplex went to the REN TV channel . Along with it, the top five of the second mandatory package of channels also included TVC , STS and the Sport-1 channel. Also included in the second multiplex were the TV channels NTV +, Zvezda, Mir, TNT and MUZ TV.

In turn, Zygar also reported who was on the commission.

“At the request of readers, I am announcing the composition of the FKK: Zharov, Khazanov, Shakhnazarov, Zheleznyak, Dondurei, Yushkevichus, Shumakov and two ladies from the AP and the Ministry of Communications ,” the editor-in-chief of Dozhd wrote in his microblog.

The first and second multiplexes will be available to everyone who connects to digital television. These two channel packages will be provided to citizens free of charge.

Earlier it became known that the first mandatory multiplex included the TV channels of the VGTRK group , Channel One, Channel Five and NTV.
