Deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory at a meeting on Friday adopted in the third and final reading the regional budget for 2013 with a deficit of almost 9 billion rubles, or about 12.3% of expenses, reported an Interfax correspondent who was present at the meeting.
Regional budget revenues were approved in the amount of 63.7 billion rubles, expenses - 72.6 billion rubles.
For the first time in the Primorsky Territory, a three-year budget was adopted - for 2013 and the planning period of 2014 and 2015.
Planned indicators for 2014: revenues - 64.2 billion rubles, expenses - 70.6 billion rubles. For 2015: income - 70.2 billion rubles, expenses - 73.3 billion rubles.
“The peculiarity of the new budget is that it is based on state programs. The program principle will allow a systematic approach to solving issues important for the region,” the press service of the Primorye administration reported.
