• In Moscow, in the apartment of the activist of "Solidarity" Yuri Nabutovsky, the civil activists of Anna Kornilova and Taisiya Alexandrova were searches as part of a criminal case instituted in the film "Anatomy of Protest". The searches also took place in Nizhny Novgorod among the activists of “Other Russia” Yuri Old Belo and Ekaterina Zaitseva.

• After the meeting of Vladimir Putin with the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, the UK opened a criminal case against Alexei Navalny and his brother Oleg. Cases against the brothers were initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 (fraud on an especially large scale) and part 2 of Art. 174.1 (legalization of funds received by criminal means).

December 14, Friday

• The Arkhangelsk Regional Court repeatedly canceled the decision to reduce the sentence of the ex-head of the MELEATEP MFIs Platon Lebedev. The court granted the cassation appeal of the Velsky prosecutor's office against an “excessive decrease in punishment”.

• In the office of Oleg Navalny and at the Kobyakovsky factory in the vine, which belongs to the parents of Alexei and Oleg Navalny, searches were held. Later on the same day, Oleg Navalny was summoned to the UK for interrogation, charged and took a wizard about the wizard.
