The salary of a physiotherapist in the Itemolinsky hospital is 9 thousand rubles. The teacher’s salary is 14 thousand rubles. In the distant past, a city resident who did not spent a single summer in the village, Sergei Vishnyakov came to it in the distribution from the Kalinin Medical Institute in 1981: “He decided to make his strength in the province, and the patriotic notes trained me. In addition, there was already a family, it had to be fed somehow, the doctor in the village received 230 rubles in those days, and paid 80 rubles in the city. ”

After the clarifying question: "So is it a salary or patriotism?" - Vishnyakov quickly answers: “Both patriotism and salary. And do not sit on the neck of the parents. "

And then minted: “The most important difficulty was to make a decision yourself. For example: where to determine severe patients? I am a therapist by education, not a surgeon, not a cardiologist. Most often he left people in the hospital, he carried out surgical manipulations. Ask what injuries that it was? The collective farmers drank, fell from the tractors, cut their hands. Vishnyakov honestly admits that problems with the hospital began a year ago, when the governor was replaced in the Tver region. If the head doctor Dmitry Zelenin had good relations with the former governor of the region - Vishnyakov was a confidant of Zelenin in local elections, and Zelenin “bought an electrocardiograph in the hospital for 60 thousand rubles”, then the doctor does not want to say anything about the current governor Andrei Shevelev.

In fact, it is about the fact that since 2013 the Itomlinsky hospital will become a branch of the Central Hospital of the city of Rzhev, preserving the outpatient services of all settlements of the site. As for the hospital, he will lose four beds and will be reorganized into the nursing department for the elderly and the poor for ten beds.

Nurse
