But he will not return - the director will sue him, who will make the only “correct” decision: to return the employee to the enterprise, so that he will work out the entire “debt” that will be deducted from his salary. And now there is nowhere to go to the hare: according to the Russian-Belarusian agreements, the writ of execution issued by the Belarusian court is also valid in Russia.

This is the name of the sensational decree "On additional measures for the development of the woodworking industry." If the employee insists on dismissal, then the employer has the right to dismiss him with the wording “Violation of production discipline”. And all this is in the 21st century!

The decree was the result of a visit to the Old Man Borisovdrev, which is part of the Bellesbumprom concern. After hearing the complaints of the leadership of mass dismissal of workers and the lack of workers, he ordered "not to let anyone go." “An employee cannot quit this enterprise without the permission of the head. Let them go - let them leave, will not let go - they must work. He quit - for forced labor and work here. And then we reach the fact that tomorrow they will begin to walk around Borisov and Minsk with a pitchfork and prick each other, ”said Lukashenko. True, the Belarusian president still admits that people may have "different situations that can make them quit." Therefore, in maternity leave, the possibility of appealing is allowed. The final decision in this case will be made by the governor of the region.

But in fact, such a practice already exists. Over the past two years, the authorities have been actively using an administrative resource to contain the outflow of personnel from the country. The leaders of the polyclinic throughout Belarus refuse to sign applications for the dismissal of doctors on the first request. Similarly, directors of schools, heads of construction organizations, director of dairy plants are received. In rare exceptional cases, it comes to the point that the fugitives are called to the “conversation” to the mayors of the cities, the leaders of the city executive committees and governors.

In Belarus, absolutely everything is getting more expensive. Another thing is that many citizens, seeing how ruthlessly the power burns an opposition field, now prefer not to advertise their views and say: "Let everything be still, if only no worse."

They say that all today's repressions regarding the opposition movement in Russia are a remake of a Belarusian model with a delay of five to seven years.

Undoubtedly. Although, of course, there are differences. I am an enemy to say that in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine everything is the same. But the work on the “Lukashenization” of Russia is going on: the same methods that have already been worked out in Belarus are used against the opposition, especially the media. It can be seen that in Russia the possibilities of an open dialogue with the authorities and subsequent changes have already been exhausted.

But in Russia, oppositionists have not yet disappeared and die a mysterious death, as in Belarus ...

They disappear, it’s just not so noticeable. Look at Ingushetia, Chechnya, what is going on with human rights activists. There are political killings.
