All the past summer had a chance to work at a construction site in the area of ​​Square of Freedom. On the way to the works of the righteous and after the end of work, almost every day, he watched what was happening on the once -exemplary street of Ryazan.

Svoboda Street (Vladimir) in the Soviet years was special. On this street there was a plot closed for travel from Lenin St. to Radishchev St., as well as located opposite the then Peduniversit "Obkomovsky" house where the first secretary of the Ryazan regional committee of the CPSU lived. In the courtyard of this house there was a policeman around the clock, and that the first face of the region was sitting at the home, one could guess through the Black Volga on duty at the house, with an unchanged license plate. On the segment from Lenin Street to the Square Square, only one -sided traffic, and the oncoming traffic was allowed only to the most popular in the view of Ryazan transport - a trolleybus. It was impossible to say that Svoboda Street was not distinguished then with something else, but, a order that worthy of imitation (and especially in our time) has always been here. As, however, on other central streets of Ryazan, the order on which was followed by Nadezhda Chumakova for a long time, according to the analogy of our days, which was then the mayor of Ryazan. In the early morning, the city was put in order, sweeping, cleaned from snow in winter and watered without sparing water in the summer, and there could be no question of cars standing on the sidewalks. I am trying, but I can’t remember that in Soviet times the cars park on the sidewalks. No, I still remembered that a car with groceries for the buffet stopped to our school on the sidewalk on the sidewalk, but we perceived its arrival as an exception to the rules - no one else could call on the pedestrian part of the street. Now they are driving, everyone who is not lazy parks on the sidewalk. So the Street of Freedom, I studied with particular care this summer, can easily become a household name when discussing the condition of the streets of our city.

At the corner of freedom and Gorky, at the Auto Examing store, during the day, one can observe how exactly pedestrians overcome this section of the sidewalk due to the cars parked on it. Very impressive, come to see.

Walking past the Rosselkhozbank, located in the recently built house No. 58, you can observe with sufficient frequency the cars parked on the sidewalk. Passengers and drivers come out of them and come, as if nothing had happened to the bank. Entering a conversation with traffic violations of traffic rules, you will find out that these are employees of this institution, but they can’t know the car in the pedestrian zone without me, but it is easier for drivers to ask in response, if I have been tired of taking pictures of them than to remember about my own conscience and pedestrians.

Passing at the intersection of the city administration along the "zebra", especially in the evening, you observe a frank indifference to passers -by! There are bureaucratic cars with flashing lights with "001" in the room and the "blondes" cars, throwing their cool "cars" every day in the zone of action of the signs of a pedestrian crossing.

This summer was especially popular on the street of the Voboda illegal parking near Philharmonic. From the traffic light to the public transport stop "Art Museum", dozens of cars stood on the sidewalk for hours. In the fall, young trees were planted here, and I thought that the capture of the sidewalk would stop. But no matter how! Particularly cynical drivers on the "tanks"-jibs are squeezed by all four wheels between maple trunks. There is no need to doubt, but sooner or later, autohams will ruin several creations of nature. Unfortunately, the Ryazan authorities did not take care of protecting the sidewalk, where young maples were planted. Isn't it sorry?

The same picture is on the sidewalk at the RSU. Here they also planted young trees, and the cars of students and teachers are still parked between the trees. All this looks like a challenge to society, but, the most cynical - those who will teach the younger generation tomorrow, have already accepted for his due, the rule of the game in the Black Culture.

Pass the house number 43, where the office of the insurance company RESO is located without emotions is simply impossible! Here, right on the sidewalk, eurexperts that are preparing an conclusion under insurance contracts, a platform is arranged for inspection of damage to cars. Enterprising appraisers apparently go uphill, the place in this section of the sidewalk is not free all day. Why the traffic police has not yet intervened in the situation, it remains to guess. Maybe the auto -experts were fragmented by state traffic inspectors, in the sense that there are no more places where it would be possible to conduct inspections of the cars, and those in turn faded to their inadequate behavior. But, did anyone ask permission for that, at least one young mother who takes his child in a children's stroller on a baby stroller?

A lot of citizens on cars come to the regional government of the Ryazan region, but the sidewalk next to the gray building on Astrakhanskaya St. is always free from them. So you can put things in order here, but why no one is in a hurry to help pedestrians in general in Ryazan?

I will note that the violations described in the article occur today, and the authorities, as if do not notice what is happening. Probably, more important tasks are solved, and they have long ceased to walk along the streets of the city.
