The leader of the PRC will visit Russia in March 2013

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping said that he will make his first international visit to Russia in March 2013, RIA Novosti reports.

Recall that in November the highest party leadership was replaced in China. Together with the Secretary General, the new composition of the Politburo and the Permanent Committee of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee was elected. Xi Jinping will officially take office as chairman of the country in March 2013.

It is worth noting that the new composition of the Central Committee did not include seven of the nine members of the permanent composition of the Committee of the Politburo of the 17th convocation, including the Chairman of the PRC Hu Jintao, the head of the State Council Wen Jiabao and the chairman of the PC of the country's higher legislative body near Bango.

Xi Jinping belongs to the so -called “fifth generation” of Chinese leaders. Together with Prime Minister Lee Kaqian, they will rule the country for the next 10 years.
