The State Duma of Russia knows only one law - the law of meanness. And accepts it in more and more variations. On Wednesday, after the law was adopted in the second reading and several high officials spoke out against the amendment of Lakhova, the observers, waiting for the Putin press conferences appointed on Thursday, were divided into two camps: the optimists believed that the president could play the role of a good investigator, and only wondered how deputies would be saved; The pessimists had no doubt that the president would approve the amendment.

The latter were right. Putin unconditionally supported the amendment and "categorically did not agree" with those who have another opinion.

He was asked about the dragon correction many times, because there was a lack of nothing. When the correspondent of "Echo of Moscow" was tired of reasoning, she asked directly: will you sign the law? Putin replied:

The amendment of Lakhova takes 16 lines. And the head of state did not bother to get acquainted with its text, about which passions are boiling for several days now, protest and detention were held? I don't believe.

In Putin's answers to questions about the amendment there are a lot of demagogy and lies.

This is wrong. Almost all of them receive real terms. It just sometimes happens that the accusation is professionally insolvent. This is what happened in the case of the death of little Dima Yakovlev. The adoptive father guilty of the death of the boy is not justified and is not exempted from responsibility. But the prosecutor, who was counting on a pre -trial deal and therefore did not prepare for the judicial investigation, did not have enough arguments.

Russian representatives do not actually allow, even as observers, to these processes ... Do you think this is normal? What is normal here if you are humiliated? Do you like it? Are you a sadomasochist, or what?

Court meetings in the United States are open to the public, including representatives of the Russian government. To participate in the process, you must have a lawyer license of the corresponding state. I follow every similar process and have never seen information that a lawyer representing the interests of the Government of the Russian Federation was not allowed for procedural actions.

We have concluded now, recently we concluded an agreement between the State Department and the Foreign Ministry regarding how and what Russia representatives can do during these crisis or conflict situations. What happened in practice? In practice, it turned out that this area of ​​activity is assigned by American legislation to state level. And when our representatives come in order to fulfill their duties within the framework of this agreement, they say: "And this is not the federal authorities, and the states, at the standard level, you have no agreements. Go to the State Department. With whom you entered into an agreement there, and sort it out." And in the federal authorities of the United States, they refer to the state level. And why such an agreement? "The fool turned on" simply, and that’s it.

No, you turned on the fool. By signing the agreement, you should have in mind that the issues of guardianship and adoption are state jurisdiction. Really in the Foreign Ministry did not find a single expert who knows that the State Department cannot order anything to the state authorities? If so, such media must be thrown into the trash.

The president left himself a loophole in an extreme case: he may not sign the law when he finally reads it. He may not like the wording. But the point is not the wording, but in principle. Putin does not object to the principle at all.

There are many countries in the world in which international adoption is prohibited. But nowhere is it prohibited for such reasons. Everyone who voted for the amendment of Lakhova is worthy of the Magnitsky list. Russia is a participant in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child , in the preamble to which it is said: "... a child for the complete and harmonious development of his personality needs to grow in a family environment, in an atmosphere of happiness, love and understanding." And Article 21 is devoted to the law of the child to adopt. 400 deputies who voted for the amendment and senators who vote for her are malicious violators of this right.
