Leonida Razvoszhaev was sent to Angarsk

The activist of the Left Front Leonid Razvoszhaev was transferred from Moscow to Angarsk Irkutsk region, Rapsey reports with reference to his lawyer Dmitry Agranovsky. Razvoszhaev was sent there to conduct investigative actions as part of a criminal case on charges of robbery, allegedly committed in Angarsk in 1997.

The head of the public observation commission Valery Borschev confirmed this information. Razvoszhaev is no longer in the Moscow SIZO Lefortovo, but he had not yet reached Irkutsk, the head of the capital's insulator told Borschev.

On December 11, the Basmanny Court of Moscow extended the deadline for the arrest of Razvozhaev until April 1. "It is required to carry out a number of investigative actions in the territory of the Irkutsk region, for which it will need to be transferred there," the investigator said in support of the application for the extension of the arrest. In response, Agranovsky said that on December 7, he received a notification of the expiration of the statute of limitations for the episode about the robbery that occurred 15 years ago.

Protection appealed the court decision. The complaint will be considered in the Moscow City Court on January 14, the lawyer said.

Razvoszhaev, the coordinator of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov and Konstantin Lebedev are held in the case of the preparation of the riots, which was initiated after the film "Anatomy of Protest-2" was opened at NTV. Its authors claim that the opposition allegedly prepared power seizure of power for money from abroad. In addition, the case of the illegal crossing of the Russian-Ukrainian border was initiated against Razvozzhaev.

On October 19, Razvozhaev was stolen in Kyiv. Late in the evening of October 21, he was taken to the Basmanny Court, where he was arrested for two months. “Tell us that they tortured me for two days!”, - managed to shout Razvozhaev, leaving the court building. The TFR claimed that he had arranged a confession and gave a confession. Later, Razvozhaev refused to turn and testimony. He stated that he gave them under pressure. On December 11, at a court hearing, Razvoevaev pointed to one of those present in the hall as a person who tried it after abduction in Kyiv and delivery to Moscow. It turned out that this was the Bryansk investigator Dmitry Pleshivtsev.
