Putin’s large press conference is a tiring, many hours and largely meaningless. The lion's share of issues is consistent in advance, and even a very advanced journalist will not be able to promote a politician-a liar by definition-within the framework of one or two questions, even if there are clarifying ones. That is: what Putin wanted to convey to the audience, he reported. And almost nothing more.

Vladimir Putin said nothing fundamental. On the contrary, he is not aware of the main problems of the country. He is asked why there were terrifying traffic jams on Leningradka in the Tver area, and what to do, and he returns to the story with the Khimki forest. “I am not in the know,” “Details, I say it sincerely, I don’t know”, “I haven’t seen the law” - Putin decisively did not want or could not take responsibility for specific decisions that could be interpreted ambiguously. About the response law for the “Act of Magnitsky” Putin was asked five times, otherwise (taking into account repetitions and clarifications) and ten, and I will not sound a clear response in the spirit of “sign” or “I will not sign”.

In general, this law should have come up with the press conference of Vladimir Putin: the information picture turned out to be so lubricated that no other “socio-political” topics of the focus of journalists did not even get into the focus of journalists. “Cannibalist law” (formulation of Alexander Kolesnichenko from “arguments and facts”), maybe not quite cannibalist, but inhuman, just so that he will be accepted, but is unlikely to be taken in the current form. At least Putin-despite the support of the initiative-promised to consider this opportunity. Still, one hundred thousand people signed an appeal against the bill on the website of Novaya Gazeta, and Putin promised that civil initiatives of this kind would be considered by the State Duma.

Although Putin supported the concept of the law completely and motivated it precisely by the need for a “symmetrical answer” (“this cannot be done with Russia, and this cannot be done with the children who are adopted. This is what we are talking about - we are talking about the policy of the American authorities”). So a certain version of the law will apparently be adopted.

And still, even for this, repeatedly repeated by journalists, the question was not able to achieve a clear answer from the president. However, he almost never sent journalists to other instances (in the style of “this is not for me”) and did not refuse to answer questions. Unless often and habitually referred to the most independent court, on which Putin “did not influence” at least the last four years.

And of course, in those cases when the president had difficulties with the answer, overseas partners came to the rescue, who have everything worse. And the children are killed, and any offender of the policeman immediately receives a bullet in his forehead.

He is not against taking into account the opinion of the “intelligentsia” (but along with the opinion of “all Russians”), he is ready to consider any ideas, but to consider them not a fact that will happen. Since the whole press conference showed-there is a vertical, Putin is the main one and no democracy to you. Rather, democracy is already - according to Putin, "order, discipline, following the letter of the law do not contradict the democratic forms of government." And discipline is essentially the principle of "vertical power."

“I am the main one,” Putin would say, but he refused to recognize the authoritarian nature of his rule. “Putin's vertical” is Teflon. He controls everything, but if something is wrong, then Putin is not to blame. And in general, he does not know the answers to almost all questions, because he is not to blame for anything and does not know at all. “Speaking without any responsibility” can be so conditionally formulated by the Message of the Putin press conference. It is not clear why such measures to take such events, if Putin pays little attention to the opinion of journalists and the position of all public to put it mildly. Unless, then, Vladimir Vladimirovich could once again chat with the former editor of the newspaper “6 acres”, and now the deputy of the State Duma Andrei Tumanov, without a question of which not a single press conference of the head of state is complete.
