In 2008, Navalny, or rather, the younger brother Oleg decided to create a business that was outsourcing transportation - for which they used the “main subscription”, the benefit that the company, as it put it, was “lying idle”. We leased a warehouse in the Kobyakov factory, and in the warehouse they created a dispatch for transportation of goods.

“Yves Rocher East” - the Russian branch of the French cosmetic giant Yves Rocher - began to work with the “General Subscription” in the summer of 2008. According to Oleg Navalny, “Yves Rocher” is the third in volume client of the Russian Post, “they send every tenth parcel in the country.” The company has a base in Yaroslavl, and it sends most of the products through the Yaroslavl Postal Sorting Center. “This center could not accept all products, so“ Yves Rocher ”part of the parcels independently drove to Moscow. I went to their managers and offered them our services, ”says Oleg. - I found the company LLC Avtosaga, which drove sausage to Yaroslavl. Since their cars were still empty back, they agreed to carry Yves Rocher products for little money to Moscow. Accordingly, Iv Rocher I proposed a market tariff that allowed us to earn. ”

In 2010, Yves Rocher began to use the services of the "main subscription" carriers in one more direction-between the base "Yves Rocher" near St. Petersburg and the Yaroslavl branch. The cooperation lasted more than three years, and during this time there were no complaints from the client. “We have not lost a single parcel, the prices have never raised,” says Oleg. Nevertheless, a letter about the termination of the contract, which the Navalny received on December 3, was not a surprise: “A friend from Yves Rocher” called me back in November and said that they had come to them from the FSB. They seized documents, began to carry managers for interrogations - everyone who visited the contracts with us. And everyone was surely asked: “Are they personally familiar with Alexei Navalny? Have you participated in rallies in Bolotnaya? "

Searches and interrogations

The amount indicated in the case explains Navalny - this is all the money that IV Rocher paid them under the contract for three years, and more than half of them - 31,698,750 rubles - were paid to the carrier.

“What infuriates me the most,” Alexei Navalny is indignant, “they say that the“ main subscription ”was originally registered in order to conclude an agreement with Iv Rocher and abduct money from them. Therefore, they consider the entire turnover for three years a stolen amount, and what we paid to the carrier of goods and so on is the legalization of the abducted. ”

“And I allegedly forced them to send these goods to Moscow,” adds his brother Oleg. “He said that he would be more profitable for them there, and thus deceived him, because“ Russian Post ”provides everyone and everywhere the same services.”

Navalny’s organized crime group is already 10 investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the IC of the Russian Federation, of which five are “important”.

“How such victims appear, to whom they come and explain to them that they, it turns out, suffered terrible damage, which they themselves did not suspect until a certain point, understandable,” says the Livganes. “In the Yukos case, we also saw this clearly.” Only one thing can be added to this: the technology that the Russian authorities use in the fight against the founder of Rospile is called “hostility” - mother, father, brother and his family, all people who are far from politics (Oleg Navalny was only once on December 10 in Bolotnaya), now pay the opposition’s accounts.
