NEMIROFF vodka in Russia can be recognized as fake

Nemiroff products released in Russia will be considered a falsification, writes MK . He was warning about this himself: “I will counteract in all legal ways to produce a falsifier under the Nemiroff brand in Russia,” he assured.

The owner of the NEMIROFF blockpack believes that it is illegal to produce vodka under this brand in Russia without his consent: "All actions had to be agreed with me, hold a meeting of shareholders, but I don’t know anything about Nemiroff's contract outlines."

The conflict between the shareholders of the company Nemiroff Holdings Alexander Gluzam and the rest of the shareholders, in particular, Anatoly Kipish (17.48% of the shares) and Jacob Gribov (20% of the shares) began with the parties that the parties did not manage to agree on the amount and conditions of the company's sale of the Russian Standard holding. The parties have already held numerous disputes in the courts as Ukraine, Russia and Cyprus, where the parent company is registered.

At the end of last summer, the Nemiroff representative office in the Russian Federation, TD Nemiroff LLC (60% TD Nemiroff owns Nemiroff Holdings LTD, 40% - a raider attack was held. Its initiators were believed to be the shareholders of Kipish and Mushrooms. The work of the representative office was blocked, production in Russia was stopped. After some time, the work of the representative office was restored, then blocked again. The shareholders have been suing for two years.
