State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin turned to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and asks him to return the country to the "winter time". According to Interfax , the spokeswoman of the speaker Evgeny Chugunova reported this.
Officially, the circulation is formulated as follows: the speaker raises "the question of amendments to the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation to return to the calculation of the time close to waist values." Naryshkin signed the document and sent on December 26. Recall that the State Duma at a meeting on Friday, December 21 adopted the relevant protocol order.
The other day, Naryshkin has already reported that he intends to sign a request from deputies on the issue of calculating the time in Russia, which is planned to be sent to the government. “Such an appeal should be prepared. (...) As soon as the profile committee prepares, this, of course, I will sign it, and thus fulfill the assignment of deputies,” Naryshkin said on December 22 in an interview with the Vesti on Saturday program.
The speaker clarified that on December 21, the protocol was given the order to "contact the government with a proposal to return to the time that existed earlier," that is, to the restoration of the "abolished" time of the "winter" time last year.
The speaker added that his "body is stable" and "is insensitive to the changes" time. “But it is necessary, first of all, to take into account the opinion of citizens,” he emphasized.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at a press conference that he sees problems with the preservation of summer time in Russia: "You get up - it’s dark, you go to bed - it's dark." He said that the government, based on the results of monitoring the situation, would decide on what time to live the country. “That time or not, the government must determine during the monitoring, which is now being carried out by government structures. And according to the results of this monitoring, the final decision will be made,” Putin said.
Recall that the "winter time" was canceled from the presentation of Dmitry Medvedev, who was then the president. Putin explained that his colleague "proceeded from the mood of a significant part of our citizens who said that the translation of the watch is poorly affected by health, has negatively affects some branches of agriculture." “When he did this, it turned out that there were even more dissatisfied than those who called for a change in order,” the president noted.
