The head of OZPP Anshakova was beaten in the center of Moscow

In the center of Moscow, an unknown man beat the head of the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights Mikhail Anshakov, the press service of the OZPP reports.

The attack occurred when Anshakov returned home from the subway. The man, in appearance 30 years, hit the head of the OZPP with a mount several times. Anshakov received a concussion and a fracture of his hand.

Recall that in June 2012, OZPP members sent an appeal to the prosecutor’s office, with a request to conduct an audit on the fact of violation by the Fund of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior of the Legislation in the implementation of commercial activities when selling goods and services in the temple.

The court recognized the trade in the XXX, and in response, two administrative cases were opened against Anshakov for slander. He was accused of spreading knowingly false information, discrediting the honor, dignity and business reputation of the XXS Foundation.

In mid -October, the court fully justified Anshakov, but on December 24 he was again called to the police on the next statement of the XXS Foundation . This time, the chairman of the OZPP is suspected of embezzlement of foreign grants at the Perspective Disabled Foundation and fraud in the firms of Art-Design and Inteteh. According to Anshakov himself, he first heard about the existence of the Perspective Foundation and the art design company, and the Inteteh company, in which he was the founder, was liquidated as a legal entity more than six years ago.
