A year has passed. 2012. Some conclusions can be drawn. Here are the results of the country through the eyes of a Vyatka blogger.
January 2012.
At the end of 2011, Putin “attacked” Nikita Belykh (remember housing and communal services tariffs in Novovyatsk) and therefore for the entire month there was quite aggressive and false information from federal channels about the collapse of housing and communal services in Kirov and that our governor was to blame for this.
We had to speak out in defense of our governor.
Also in January, registration of candidates for deputies began and TECs immediately began to weed out those undesirable .
February 2012
The election campaign has begun. In Kirov it was recognized as one of the dirtiest . The political strategists hired by United Russia decided not to stand on ceremony and poured tons of information slop onto the heads of Vyatka voters.
As a result, the meeting of the OZS was disrupted and deputies members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and A Just Russia defiantly left. United Russia members screamed that this would jeopardize the region's budget and that residents of the Kirov region would not receive wages and benefits. In general, it was hot.
March 2012
Elections.
Elections to the Kirov City Duma disgraced our city in front of the whole country. A purchase of votes was organized for 500 rubles.
Deputies from United Russia who won the elections in this way received the nickname “five hundred”. So they live with such a stigma.
And although the ruling party won, the level of trust in such power has fallen so low that all the actions of the leaders are subject to severe criticism. This is such a Pyrrhic victory.
Dances "Pussy Riot" in the CSU . They danced so much that they became figures on a global scale.
April 2012
On April 23, Governor N. Belykh meets with Putin . He says that in general, things are going well in the Kirov region. But judging by the questions, Putin is not very interested in how the Vyatichi people are doing there. Formal meeting. Something else is important. The governor realized that he would not be removed and would serve until the end of his term.
May 2012.
May Day demonstration . Clearly a fading event. From year to year, fewer and fewer people come.
May 6. dispersal of demonstrators on Bolotnaya Square. The consequences of this action seriously affected the political climate in the country. All summer and autumn, the government has been tightening the screws on restricting the political rights and freedoms of citizens.
May 7 Russia has a new president, Vladimir Putin. Inauguration in deserted Moscow. The picture turned out to be very symbolic.
May 9. Victory Day . Either a procession or a jog.
May 19. The first international fairy tale games. A very bright and memorable event. Well done governor and organizers. If Kirov becomes a center for such games, it will be great.
On May 24, the governor of the Kirov region delivered a message to the deputies of the OZS. Despite the rosy outlook painted by Nikita Belykh, the actual reality in the economy and social sphere looks in darker colors.
June 2012
The Rodnopolisy group is creating a new video dedicated to the upcoming European Football Championship. There were high hopes. They were not justified.
United Russia is pushing through the State Duma a law on fines for organizing mass gatherings of citizens on the street. But these are still flowers.
It’s a scandalous story when at the public political council under the governor one version of the law on gubernatorial elections is adopted, but a completely different version is sent to the legislative assembly, and the role of the governor in such a transformation of the text is very impartial.
Russian Independence Day. Yuri Shevchuk performed in the city of Kirov. I asked Kirov residents, “Do you like your bosses?” No, the city residents answered. There were about 10 thousand people at the concert.
The "March of Millions" took place across the country. Searches of the organizers, as well as of Ksenia Sobchak. The glamor is over. Politics has begun.
Interethnic armed conflict in Demyanovo. The authorities were smart enough not to imprison anyone. But attempts were made.
July 2012
Flood in Krymsk. Help from Kirov residents.
An accident near the Globus shopping center , when a drunk driver hits three boys at a pedestrian crossing. One dies in hospital. The guy's father organizes lynching. Subsequently, the driver was given 4 years in prison, and the case against the father was closed.
Opening of the Summer Olympics in London. Overall, Russia performed rather poorly there.
August 2012
The Pussy Riot trial . This trial again showed the whole world that Russia is a very backward country in the legal sense. And in other senses too.
September 2012.
Vyatka guy Leonid Kovyazin was arrested in connection with the case on Bolotnaya. Most likely they will go to jail. For what?
"Bloggers against garbage" . In Kirov, the action turned out to be pure window dressing and self-promotion by the organizers. One of whom later became a member of the public chamber. The result of the PR is obvious.
State Duma deputies expel Gennady Gudkov from their ranks. The reasons are political. The process has begun.
October 2012
Road accident near the Oktyabr cinema . Three corpses. It was the impetus for the creation of the civil movement " Night Patrol ". As a result, at the end of the year, Kirov was in third place in terms of road safety in the Volga Federal District.
"Neforum of bloggers" . All-Russian party in Moscow.
November 2012
Holiday Day of National Unity. A holiday that no one noticed.
A certain Vinogradov shoots people in an office in Moscow. Six people died.
The interregional media festival “ On Seven Hills” was held in Kirov. Passed and passed. The whole world has been on the Internet for a long time, and they are all about regional newspapers.
December 2012
Putin's speech. The solo didn't happen. There was a political dispute. So far, without much hope.
"Dima Yakovlev" law. We need a doctor here
New Year. I hope nothing changes.
