“Keep in mind that today the goal of Seleka (the so-called rebel coalition, translated as “Union.” - Gazeta.Ru) is not to enter the government, but to give the opportunity “It is up to the people of the Central African Republic to independently guide the country towards development and self-sufficiency,” the rebel representative emphasized.
