The chairman of the Warm House Foundation Mikhail Shchapov began to engage in charity long before its creation, in the early 90s. And 10 years ago it was decided to establish a regional charity fund. The "warm house" implements all its projects for donations from enterprises and citizens.
- How generous the sacrifice?
The main thing is that they are open and ready for good deeds. It is difficult to assess how generous a person is: 50 percent or 90, ”says Mikhail. - Christ and His disciples watched once in the temple, as people make offers. The rich sacrificed a lot of money, but there was a woman who put only two straps. And Christ said: "She put the most - all her daytime food. For her, this is the price." We cannot give an assessment. A person helped, committed an act of mercy - and thank God. And how generous ... I think that in heaven it will be known.

The motives of the heart, we also cannot give an assessment. Of course, it cannot be ruled out that someone does this to earn political bonuses, to gain the trust of voters. But you can’t buy a pass to heaven. In any case, it is better to commit acts of mercy and do good than not to do this. And God will figure it out. If a person does not commit good deeds, lives only for the sake of his womb and profit, this is, of course, a dead end. We will not take anything with us.
- Why did the children become the object of your care? Homeless animals, disabled people ... Many need help.
We are all different, each person is unique. There are people who like to help animals, such is a rush of soul. I believe that my duty is to engage in children. Of course, I love animals. I have three cats at home. At one time, the hosts abandoned them, and my daughters and I decided to take these three "boys" into our family. We can say that this is my little contribution to the common piggy bank of the good deeds of those who help animals. I have a dream and a dog to take the family. I hope someday housing conditions will allow this to do this.

I agree only partially. There is a very good factor - time. I believe that if a person has embarked on the path of charity and tries to do something useful, if it is sincere motivation, from the heart, then he will overcome any difficulties. For ten years of the foundation, we have had boards and falls. We still get good hardening thanks to officials. On the resistance, the movement is accelerated. This is good when there is criticism. She disciplines us. As for me, I am an absolutely happy person! I have a wonderful wife, children.
The eldest daughter is 14 years old, the youngest, 12-year-old, we adopted when she was a year old. I did not know then that I would create a fund and become a public person. Now, when we travel to orphanages, she willingly helps me, even without realizing what could be among these children.
Mikhail did not skimp on revelations and made a very unexpected confession. There were episodes in childhood, when he, a boy from a working family, was begging.
- If there was not enough for tickets to the cinema, he approached and asked: "Uncle, give me a money!" And you know, they gave it. With God's help, it is possible to build relationships with people in such a way that they give today.
The chairman of the fund really embody unprecedented projects. So, in particular, a hockey team was created from the pupils of the orphanage. The legendary hockey player, a tractor veteran Anatoly Kartaev, supported this initiative and trains the guys for free.
Over 50 training has already been carried out. The Olympic champion, State Duma deputy Irina Rodnina, which is part of the Board of Trustees of the "Teplny House", emphasized once in a conversation that for Russia this is a unique experience.
“We are responsible for every ruble spent, so we consider it our duty to report to those who help us,” says Mikhail. - There is such an expression "credit of trust." This year he strengthened. The past year was marked by a number of projects, which the fund is rightfully proud of.
Krymsk. It was a great honor and responsibility on behalf of the Government of the region to deliver to the place and targeted the humanitarian aid to the victims of the flood, which was provided by the inhabitants of Chelyabinsk and the region.
The village in the chestnut. The fund continues to resolve issues related to construction. For eight years, he has been trying to reach out to some regional officials, to prove that children need it, and not personally to Mikhail Shchapov. In a children's village, children will be able to find dad and mother - this is the biggest benefit. The fund received the support and understanding of the Government of the Russian Federation, which again instructed to consider this issue, and the movement of documents began. A team of lawyers is working, which helps to do everything within the framework of the legal field.
Children's center. The Ark Children's Center continues to operate, where orphans are instilled in professions. Master classes on floristry, cooking, painting are held ... Employees of the Fund fundamentally do this not on the territory of orphanages. The more often the child leaves the "native" walls, the more it will trust people and adapt faster in society.
Star landing. This year, many guests came to the "warm house". The legendary judoka Mansur Isaev, hockey player HC "Tractor" Evgeny Kuznetsov, actress Elizaveta Boyarskaya, Dima Bilan ... The children were delighted! The head of the Central District of Chelyabinsk Marina Dymova, the only official who is always ready to help the fund, also visited the guest. In particular, in the children's center, she personally taught children to prepare food, rolling up their sleeves and putting on a apron.
"Christmas miracle." Mikhail Shchapov wanted to tell more about this project, which is implemented annually.
- The project is simple and unique. Every year, children write a letter to an angel. The pupil of the orphanage answers three questions: what does he love, what he dreams about, what is fond of? Sometimes it is impossible to read these letters without tears. Especially when children admit that they dream of finding dad and mother. But there are guys who write: "I need warm socks." Before you go to the orphanage, we make a control call. We clarify whether all the kids are in place, whether the new guys have acted.
This year, many of those who decided to act as an angel have so responsibly approached the choice of a gift! They call back, clarify the size ... So, we were supported by students of the gymnasium No. 1, lyceum No. 11. The schoolchildren themselves for those "blood" that parents give them for ice cream bought gifts to orphans. Director of the gymnasium No. 1 Damir Timerkhanov emphasized our attention: “Here is the amount, but there are still 10 rubles separately. The boy came up and said:“ I want to give this money on my own ... ”It would seem, what is 10 rubles? But this is a mental impulse of a child who knows how to compassion.
Due to its individual approach to each child, this project was very interested in the director of the MMK on corporate issues and social projects of Ivan Senichev. He took the remaining letters written by the orphans of Magnitogorsk, and on December 27, gifts were awarded to all children thanks to the active participation of residents of the city, employees of the largest enterprise of the country of MMK and the Metallurg hockey club. The geography of our partners is extensive. Today, more than half of 1800 orphans and adopted children have already received gifts. No child should be left without a Christmas miracle.
Meanwhile, without an unforeseen situation, it was not. One teenager who wrote a letter to the angel, unfortunately, got into the colony, committed a crime. Employees of the Fund took this as a personal tragedy, but they would do everything possible so that the gift ordered in a letter was still delivered to the boy by Christmas. Let the little ray of light touch this stumbled child, and, being in a colony, he wants to believe, understand that there is more good in the world than evil.
