How it was

On December 26 at 12:15 p.m. I left house No. 26 on B. Tatarskaya Street. I headed to the Novokuznetskaya metro station. About 4-5 minutes later, on Novokuznetskaya Street, near the Subway restaurant, 100 meters from the metro entrance, my husband tapped me on the shoulder from behind. I turn around and immediately receive a blow to the temple, as I later saw, with a tire iron wrapped in a plastic bag. The blow was very strong, but the cap on my head partially saved me, and at the last moment I managed to turn my head a little. I fall into a snowdrift on my back, but I don’t lose consciousness.

The attacker appeared to be a 30-year-old man, approximately 180 cm tall, dark hair, wearing a black knitted cap, a steel-colored bologna jacket, very worn, which was larger than his size, obviously going to throw it away if he got it stained with blood, wearing dark jeans. For a second or two he looked to see if I was passed out, then he moved closer and began delivering more blows with a tire iron, aiming at the head. He hit him in the head at least twice, and several times in his leg and arm, breaking it. I was conscious and tried to resist, lying on my back with my legs and arms out in front. Passers-by began to gather, someone stood between me and the attacker, and began to ask what he was doing. The attacker had already become nervous and probably realized that with so many witnesses it was too risky for him to smash my head. Then he turned around and walked at an accelerated pace towards the Novokuznetskaya metro station. A photo identikit of the attacker was drawn up, and it appeared on outdoor surveillance cameras. Having come to my senses a little, I decided to return home and call an ambulance from there. I lost a lot of blood, but I made it home on my own.

Then they were taken to the Research Institute of Emergency Medicine named after. N.V. Sklifosovsky. After examination, it was determined that there was a fracture of one of the bones of the left hand, a concussion and a fracture of the temporal bone of the skull. I was admitted to the emergency neurosurgery department, where I am now. The doctors believe that I was lucky, because with such a force of impact I got off lightly. The temporal bone is broken, but without splinters or breaks, and should heal on its own.

Craniotomy and surgery are not required. They put in IVs, give injections, and conduct examinations. The treatment here is good and the conditions are quite decent. The director of Sklif, Khubutia Mogeli Shalvovich, and the chief physician, Rogal Mikhail Leonidovich, visited the ward. Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences Vladimir Viktorovich Krylov also examined it. They promise to get him back on his feet soon.

Customers - a nest of ghouls in the temple

There is only one version about the customer - the management of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior Foundation and its immediate circle. I haven’t had any serious conflicts recently, except with the KhHS Foundation. There are several reasons to put forward this version. Firstly, only the management of the XXX Foundation has a direct economic interest in eliminating me, measured in millions of dollars in possible losses if their well-established temple business suffers. My elimination will not bring any comparable income to any other hypothetical ill-wishers. I will take credit for the fact that, to the obvious dissatisfaction of the temple merchants, I managed to draw attention to the situation in the KhHS of both the media and the public. More than 10 million people donated to the restoration of this temple in the 90s. According to the initial project, the complex was built as a memorial to the heroic soldiers of 1812, consisting of a temple (Upper and Lower), a museum and a memorial. There was no mention of any commercial enterprises or business centers combined with the temple.

After the commissioning of the complex, by the decree of Moscow Mayor Yu.M. Luzhkov in 2004, the premises were transferred for the conduct of statutory activities to the KhHS Foundation, which was also obliged to enter into an agreement with the Patriarchate on the transfer of part of the religious premises. Again, there was no talk of any opening of a business center. Next, Vasily Mikhailovich Poddevalin, the former head of the department of affairs of the apparatus of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, was appointed executive director of the KhHS Foundation.

Vasily Mikhailovich, having received virtually uncontrolled disposal of 55 thousand square meters of luxury real estate in the center of Moscow, immediately decided to commercialize the enterprise. In the name of his children Mikhail and Elena, he registered the Kolokol private security company, which protects the temple with subsidies from the Moscow budget, as well as Mytny Dvor LLC, which opened a car wash, tire service, car service center, parking lot and other enterprises in the temple. Poddevalin also attracted business partners to implement his commercial project, to whom he rented out a lot of space for offices (more than 15 companies) and retail pavilions.

The most colorful of these business partners of Poddevalin is, perhaps, Alexey Vishnyak - the owner of several enterprises: LLC "Gates 1,3,4", etc., which control most of the temple trade.

But he gained fame earlier when, in 1991, he beat his sleeping parents over the head with dumbbells to death, and then grated his own face and reported on the devil’s instigations. He spent some time in prison and a mental hospital. Then he went out and began running a near-Orthodox business, including with the KhHS Foundation. At one time, Vishnyak was an adviser to Boris Berezovsky.

Another interesting partner of Vasily Poddevalin in the development of temple premises is Felix Komarov, whom the American press has repeatedly accused of having connections with thief in law Vyacheslav Ivankov, nicknamed Yaponchik, and the “authoritative” businessman Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov, nicknamed Taiwanchik.

Felix Komarov owns a share in Gate 2 LLC and Gate 8 LLC, engaged in the jewelry trade in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

Another major source of income for the KhHS Foundation is subsidies from the Moscow government. Poddevalin agreed to finance the fund’s “current maintenance” costs. Moreover, with the arrival of Mayor Sobyanin’s new team, the amounts increased several times. This year, the KhHS Foundation, through the unheard-of generosity of Moscow officials, will receive about 400 million rubles of financial assistance from the city budget. In addition, the foundation actively attracts donations from individuals and companies by sending letters to donate certain amounts to charity. Since the letters use the symbols of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, many benefactors do not understand that the foundation is a secular organization engaged in economic activities, not religious ones, and willingly donate money to supposedly charitable purposes. Secondly, Poddevalin has a personal, acute dislike for me. Having learned about the publication on the OZPP website of documents on the commercial activities of the KhHS Foundation, obtained during the trial with the courtyard of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' in the Khamovniki Court of Moscow, Vasily Mikhailovich did not sit idly by. First of all, I ran to my friend - the first deputy prosecutor of the city of Moscow, A.V. Kozlov. - and agreed to open two cases against me and the Criminal Code under Article 5.60 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (slander). Kozlov probably wanted to please the management of the KhHS Foundation so much that he immediately issued two decisions to bring me to administrative responsibility for calling the Cathedral of Christ the Savior a business center and sent the cases to court. At the same time, according to the city prosecutor's office, one legal entity - OZPP - slandered another legal entity - the KhHS Foundation. But the magistrate, who was considering the material received from the prosecutor’s office, dismissed the case due to the absence of an administrative offense in the actions.

Then Vasily Mikhailovich, even more upset, went to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow. And already there he agrees to initiate a criminal case for libel, which, in his opinion, was contained in my interview with Novaya Gazeta, entitled “The product is consecrated, cannot be returned or exchanged.” Although the court did not previously find any slander in a similar article on the OZPP website. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, apparently also wanting to please Poddevalin, is opening the first criminal case in the country under the new Article 128.1 against an “unidentified person.” But the case is stalled at the examination stage, which has not yet been completed. Then Poddevalin makes a rather peculiar statement on the letterhead of the KhHS Foundation to the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs V.A. Kolokoltsev, in which he writes: “We ask you to instruct the GUEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia to check the activities of Anshakov’s companies.” Among these “Anshakov companies,” Poddevalin points out “Art Design” and “Intech,” as well as the organization of disabled people “Perspective,” in which I allegedly “stole grants from the Soros Foundation and the European Union.” I learned about the existence of the company "Art Design" and the organization of disabled people "Perspective" from police officers, and the company "Intech", in which I was a founder, was liquidated as a legal entity more than six years ago. But the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs takes the matter under special control and involves the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of three regions in the inspection: Moscow, the Moscow region and Samara. The latter’s employees even call and question my mother, a 74-year-old pensioner, about the case. But they find nothing and prepare rejected material. Having made three unsuccessful attempts to punish me through his connections in the law enforcement system, Poddevalin does not calm down and makes a statement to the media about my involvement in the theft of grants from the Soros Foundation and the European Union in the organization of disabled people "Perspective", which I have never encountered before. The goal is to discredit. Then there will be less noise if some “stealer of grants from the Soros and European Union Foundation” gets their head broken with a crowbar.

Performers. Organizational capabilities

I don't have a clear work schedule. I live in a house whose courtyard has three exits and is closed by gates on all sides. Parking your car in the yard and waiting to leave the house will not work. To track down travel routes and schedules, you need to spend a lot of time. First I need to establish which road I usually use, where the surveillance cameras are located, then where to park the car and wait. You can’t just sit on a bench in the yard, the yard is deserted, there are CCTV cameras, and there are no benches. The location of the attack was chosen perfectly. This is probably the only section along the entire road that CCTV cameras are not directly pointed at. In addition, on the day of the attack, only there there was ice on the asphalt, and next to it there was a lawn fence in the form of a low metal grate that was dangerous if it fell.

Most likely, the scheme was as follows: having established the route in advance and planned the location of the attack, the attacker waited in a car parked somewhere on the road. Then, seeing me, he began to catch up with me and struck me at the appointed place with a tire iron. Probably, the calculation was that if everything happens quickly: a strong unexpected blow to the temple, my skull is broken, I fall on the ice nearby or on the metal fence of the lawn, then no one passing by will understand anything. And if he notices something, he won’t get involved. A police squad arriving, seeing a corpse on the ice with a broken temple next to a metal fence, of course, would have recorded a fall from his own height. The scheme for preventing hang-ups in the internal affairs department has been worked out perfectly. If our police manage to register as an accident corpses with five stab wounds with the wording “the deceased accidentally fell on the knife 5 times,” then there was generally no chance of later proving otherwise. But the plan failed. Strong bones, a cap, reaction helped, and there was some luck. In general, I fell consciously on my back, was able to resist, and there were many passers-by nearby. To organize surveillance and assassination, preparation is needed. Poddevalin has a private security company called Kolokol, which guards the KhHSS, and the version that will be checked first is the involvement of these security guards in what happened.

What are we going to do

Currently, the inquiry department of the Zamoskvorechye Department of Internal Affairs has opened a criminal case under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Deliberate infliction of minor harm to health”). The qualification, of course, is incorrect, and my lawyers will seek to reclassify the crime as “attempted murder,” since the blows were struck to the head with a tire iron, one of them hit the temple directly and the temporal bone was broken. A composite sketch of the attacker has been compiled, and there are CCTV recordings. We will actively cooperate with the police and submit requests for certain investigative actions. OZPP also announced a reward of 1 million rubles for information that will help get on the trail and expose the customer, organizers, perpetrators and accomplices of this crime. If there are people willing to share information, my lawyers will enter into an agreement with the informant on the terms of non-disclosure of personal data. After checking and confirming the information, a reward will be paid. An option for complete anonymity is possible. Confidence in impunity and ideological justification

In an interview with the Kommersant newspaper on August 30, 2010, the national leader literally stated: “Where it’s not allowed, they hit you on the head with a club. It’s not allowed? Have you come? Get it, you’ve been sold. And no one is indignant!” A universal guideline on how to deal with those who go in the wrong direction is given quite clearly. Putin himself doesn’t hit anyone over the head and, of course, doesn’t give direct orders, but sensing the vibes emanating from the highest authorities, smaller ghouls accept the rules of the game.

On November 6, 2010, in the courtyard of his house, journalist Oleg Kashin received a blow to the head for telling interesting details of the personal life of Vasily Yakimenko, then the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs. In November 2008, also in the courtyard of the house, the head of the editor-in-chief of the Khimkinskaya Pravda newspaper, Mikhail Beketov, who criticized the mayor of Khimki Vladimir Strelchenko, was broken. The leader of the Moscow Region National Bolsheviks, Yuri Chervochkin, was beaten with baseball bats on November 22, 2007 and died from his injuries.

These are the most high-profile assassination attempts, to which the public’s attention is riveted, but neither ordinary perpetrators, much less customers, have been found anywhere. Here is some fake guy sitting here and thinking: “Why am I worse than Yakimenko or Strelchenko? They can solve problems this way, but why can’t I?” Moreover, the counterfeiters have a reliable ideological ally and patron in the person of the Government.

How can you help?

I'm even surprised that there are so many offers of help. I am grateful to everyone and I want to reassure everyone - medications or money are not required for treatment. I ask you to help spread information about the things going on in the KhHS. The most effective way to deal with ghouls who have made a nest in the temple is to drag them out into the sunlight, making everything that happens public. These creatures die from light; it is organically contraindicated for them. Although the Power is behind the ghouls, they have money, connections in law enforcement agencies, they have cleverly learned to replace faith in God with commerce, and spiritual bonds with tire irons, the truth is ours. And we will defeat them.

PS While examining the cap today, I discovered a through hole in two layers of leather, made with a pry bar just in the temple area.

The blow was so strong that the pry bar pierced through two layers of the cap’s skin, then the blow created a lacerated wound on the head, which was then stitched up in Sklif, and broke the temporal bone.
