It seems that in this matter it is much more important for the Kostroma police to preserve the “honor of the uniform” by trying to keep the scandalous escape secret than to notify the population about the danger in a timely manner.

Obviously, someone with large shoulder straps hoped to quietly catch up with the intruders, without washing dirty linen in public. But the secret, as usual, always becomes clear.
It amazes me that when such an emergency occurs, these people, who receive a hefty salary from our taxes, first of all begin to worry about the safety of their “skeletons in the closet”, and not about the safety of the inhabitants of the region. And not about the safety of our children.
