Nobody likes an orphanage

Everyone suddenly fell out of love with orphanages.

I, of course, understand that there is little good in them - they are houses of grief and sadness, a living reproach to the whole society, however, some kind of system, but still a system for providing and protecting children left without parents.

It is clear that the replacement for family is not equivalent. Again, they steal. But, on the other hand, everything is honest and open, the parents left them to the mercy of fate, and society, through the state, took responsibility for the future of the children. Yes, without a family is an abnormality, but with a surrogate family, with the prospect of returning the product as not suitable for the interior, is it better?

Maybe something bitter, but true, is better than pleasant, but a lie?

Through orphanages, society through the state takes responsibility for all orphans, indiscriminately, for the healthy and the sick, the little ones and the little ones, and even for those with speckles, if any.

Adoption is already selective care, selecting children according to size and tactical and technical characteristics. Again, this is a voluntary matter, but in our current attitude towards family and childhood in general, it is also difficult.

Probably, the essence of such fierce dislike for orphanages is precisely this, in the desire of the state to abandon the system as such, to shift the care of orphans from public shoulders to private ones.

In form it is beautiful - each child will receive his own family, in essence - not so much, the care of orphans, which is imperceptibly borne by the whole society, is transferred to someone else's private shoulders. Now society is beginning to divide into those who, out of stupidity or calculation, take care of orphans, and those who don’t care and who no longer participate in this matter, or who participate by supplying products for adoption.

There is another problem here. Propaganda for adoption is almost a reconciliation of society with abandoned children (what? It’s an everyday thing), with poverty, with immorality. Yes, there is reconciliation, essentially support for this phenomenon. After all, campaigning in favor of adoption goes in parallel with the placement of baby boxes - these trash cans for children.

Abandoned by your parents? It doesn’t matter, there will always be others. In this world, everything can be replaced, especially such nonsense as parents.

Nobody likes children's houses, and I must admit, I don't really like them, but, if you have to choose, then maybe it's better to have "woe alone" than "to rent a child"? Maybe it’s better to preserve the uniqueness of the parents in the child’s mind than to form a rental consciousness in him?
