Three Bashkir teenagers received from 3 to 5 years in prison for sexual violence against children
The Supreme Court of Bashkortostan found three teenagers guilty of committing 19 episodes of sexual assault against young children, the press service of the republican Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee reported on Wednesday.
The court sentenced two 17-year-old boys and a 14-year-old boy to imprisonment for a period of 3 to 5 years in a correctional colony, the report said.
It was established that in the Kaltasinsky district of the republic in the summer of 2011, three minors repeatedly committed violent acts of a sexual nature against three children, the youngest of whom was 7 years old, the eldest was 10, “using violence and taking advantage of their helpless state.”
At the court hearing, the teenagers admitted guilt.
