The State Inspectorate of the Altai Territory was created on the basis of three supervisory structures, the press center of the regional administration reports.
The decision to merge was made by the administration at the beginning of last year, but came into force on January 1, 2013. As a result of the reorganization, the new inspection included the State Housing Inspectorate, the Inspectorate for State Construction Supervision, Control and Supervision in the Field of Shared Construction of the Altai Territory (Gosstroynadzor) and the State Inspectorate for Supervision of the Technical Condition of Self-Propelled Vehicles and Other Types of Equipment.
As the Interfax agency was informed in Gosstroynadzor, Alexander Urbakh, who previously held the position of head of the administration of the Mamontovsky district of the region, was appointed head of the unified inspection.
