The popular blogger Rustem Adagamov, whom the ex -wife accused of seducing the child, is now also accused of spreading information harmful to children. Roskomnadzor, recently responsible for protecting minors from various kinds of harmful propaganda, found materials that were potentially dangerous for young minds among the blogger records, Interfax reports with reference to the head of the Russian Livejournal.
"Roskomnadzor suddenly saw the propaganda of suicide, the spread of which is prohibited in the Russian Federation. Well, I decided to ban it. Where without it," Ilya Dronov said in his blog in his blog . The speech, according to him, is about the material on the unrest in India, where the activist of the Tibet Independence movement tried to burn himself in protest against the arrival of the chairman of the PRC.
Dronov noted that a letter from Roskomnadzor came to him the day before, and, according to the law, he must notify the owner of the blog about claims against him within a day. Whether this has already been done, and if so, whether Adagamov is going to remove or correct the material about self -immolation, is not reported.
The head of the Russian blogosphere noted that in the received notice there is no indication of which part of the recording and what exactly violates, and according to the law there should be such an indication. He also explained the principle of response of the leadership of blogs to such notifications: "The LJ has been introduced in the LiveJournal, which allows you to close the display of a specific entry in the Russian Federation (instead of recording, a plug with information about blocking will be displayed), while in all other countries it will still be available." According to Dronov, in the case of Adagamov’s entry, the conflict commission did just that: access to the record was temporarily limited to users from the Russian Federation.
“In parallel with this, we will appeal the decision to recognize the propaganda of suicide in this record. Alas, the law on black lists does not imply a different sequence of actions, first it is required to remove, and only then figure out who was wrong,” Dronov complained.
The network protests against censorship on the Internet
The blogger Alexei Navalny posted in his "live magazine" the blocked post of Adagamov and wrote that he did this to check whether his own blog would be sanctions. Journalist Alexander Plyushchev went on and called on Internet users to follow his example. He himself also duplicated forbidden photographs in his blog with an act of self -immolation of the Tibetz.
“The hedgehog is clear that there is no propaganda of suicide. This is terrible photos, it does not give any pleasure to watch them, you can discuss the ethical side of the publication of such images, but only a sick or frank liar can be promoted there,” Plyushchev commented on the actions of Roskomnadzor.
According to the journalist, one of the employees of the department who can be attributed to the "sick" and "liars", "very successfully opposed the background of the campaign conducted against the Rustem." And regardless of other accusations, blocking such a post - this is an obvious act of censorship on the Internet, Poyshchev believes.
He urged all the self -respecting bloggers to hold an action to protect this freedom of speech in the way as Navalny did: to help this material.
The goal of the action, according to Poyshchev, is “to show everyone who wants to block the freedom of dissemination of information on the Internet that it is useless: hundreds and thousands of new ones will appear on one blocked page, and secondly, so that they take the dust there in Roskomnadzor, making letters to the outdoor to the blocking.”
Roskomnadzor urged not to confuse accusations
On Friday morning, Adagamov disappeared from the website of the Ministry of Culture, whose public council he is included. Immediately in the Investigative Committee, they announced the beginning of a pre -investigation verification at the request of the former wife of the blogger. She recall, stated that she was complained by a young woman who, at the age of 12, was allegedly subjected to sexual violence from Adagamov. In Norway, where, most likely, the alleged crime occurred, law enforcement officers have not yet become interested in this issue. Their Russian colleagues, however, decided to consult a woman’s arguments and start a pre -investigation check.
As for the questions to Adagamov from Roskomnadzor, they are in no way related to suspicions of pedophilia, the department emphasizes. “I ask you not to try to mix two different topics. The record in the registry appeared much earlier than the wife of Rustem Adagamova charged him,” Interfax quotes the press secretary of Roskomnadzor Vladimir Pikov. “Experts of Rospotrebnadzor saw the propaganda of suicide in the report. We have no reason not to trust experts.”
Indeed, according to the information on the site of the Unified Register , the blocked record from the Adagamov blog got into the list of pages to be checked on November 12, 2012.
The representative of Roskomnadzor emphasized that the Livejournal administration has the right to challenge this decision in court. It should be noted that in Adagamov to prove the lack of propaganda intentions, you may have to go a whole string of Russian media. After all, news about suicides, including Tibetan ones, highlight many of the media.
“This is the standard news. The news about the tragic event, yes. But this is full in any newspaper, on any tape of any news agency,” notes Blogger Alexei Navlyny, who quoted Adagamov’s blocked post in his diary . According to the opposition, to tease Roskomnadzor with a repeated placement of potentially dangerous content about suicide in the rune, he conducts an experiment: "To check whether it is a demand to blocked it."
Russian mothers, learning about Adagamov, rushed to picket the UK to protect children
Meanwhile, in front of the SK building, single pickets of mothers were called to investigate the Adagamov case, Ridus reports. On January 9, representatives of ten human rights organizations sent a letter to the general prosecutor of Russia Yuri Chaika and the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin. They demanded to check the accusations of pedophilia against the famous blogger Rustem Adagamov.
“Before this incident, I never heard about Rustem Adagamov. But as soon as we saw the video of Tatyana Delsal (the ex -wife of Adagamov, who accuses him of pedophilia. - Approx. Ed.), We decided to immediately call the investigating authorities to protect our Russian children,” said the participant of the action, the coordinator of the Russian Mothers Irina Bergset. Despite the fact that she is not familiar with the activities of the journalist, Bergset is sure that Adagamov "retranses Western values in his blog, which do not correspond to the traditional values of our country."
In total, the shares were attended by seven women and six men from children's and parent human rights organizations. Most women admitted that they had not previously knew about Adagamov, but decided to come to the action after the call of the "Association of Parental Committee".
