The Federal Migration Service allowed migrants entering the territory of Russia to take photos for identification documents in hijab, reports Fontanka .

As indicated in the relevant regulations, which was signed by the head of the FMS Konstantin Romodanovsky, to persons whose religious beliefs do not allow them to appear with outsiders without a headgear is allowed to be photographed in headdresses that do not hide the oval of the face.

According to the procedure for photographing, migrants will need to remove the upper part of the clothes and scarves that cover the upper part of the chin. Dark glasses or a bandage is allowed to wear in the eyes only in the case of medical indications confirmed by the relevant document.

In addition, those who wish to get a job in Russia will be required to undergo dactyloscopic registration. At the same time, both a traditional method and a special scanner will be used to remove fingerprints, which allows you to instantly form a dactyloscopic card in electronic form using a computer.

Recall that the first Muslim woman in Russia, who achieved the right not to remove the headdress when photographing on a document (passport), was Camilla Kapustinskaya in October 2010. True, she managed to do this only the third time, and in the migration service she was forced to give a receipt that if she had problems when crossing the border, the girl would not make claims to the migration authorities.
