Isaev calls the event “marsh of detectors”, and a significant part of the article is devoted to explanations why Russia was correctly responding to US attacks by “the Law of Dima Yakovlev”, which forbade the Americans to adopt Russian children.

"All enemies of Russian sovereignty designated themselves with hot supporters of American adoption. On January 13, these latter will go on a march for the right to free export of Russian children to America. Let's carefully look and remember the faces of the organizers and active participants of this march. Our task for the coming years to drive them to such a side of the political and public life, where Makar the verse did not drive," Isaev said.

Isaev also predicts: "We are a country that does not want to trade in its citizens. And a step taken along the path of prohibiting the adoption by the Americans is only the first step. In the future, we will abandon foreign adoption as such, with which today we make up with a forced evil."
