But even about 30 people were able to gather even silent standing under a piercing wind in an open area. The main thing is not the quantity, but what these people came here for.

The chairman of the Yekaterinburg Society "Memorial" Anna Pastukhova, who came to the picket, compared the actions of the current government over the years of repression, when children political prisoners and exiles created conditions that did not contribute to their family education. Is it bad, said Pastukhova, when it becomes more children's smile? “I don’t understand how people who have been in power for more than twelve years do not understand that adoption is possible only in the society where there is confidence in the future. That is why America is the most adopting country, and we have a problem. There is no confidence, it has not appeared for twelve years. Why should children once again suffer from power?”

I think that Pastukhova could be developed in a different direction. In Russia, the most successful and stable social group can be considered those who are in power and in power, why not oblige them to legislatively, if in their families less than three children, take orphans for adoption? Who, if not deputies and officials, are confident in their stable life? The problem of orphans and orphanages would practically be solved without American help! Putin’s plan in this matter is different, he once again assumes to make a solution to the problem on the shoulders of ordinary citizens ... Something is time to change dramatically. If not the approach of power, then maybe people in it?
