On Monday, January 14, at 11 o’clock the Moscow City Court will consider a cassation appeal against the decision of the Basmanny Court on the extension of the arrest of the "Swamp Prisoner" by Sergey Krivov.
Krivov was arrested on October 18. On December 14, Judge Solopova extended his arrest until March. In protest, Krivov declared a hunger strike. He is starving exactly a month.

The 51-year-old candidate of technical sciences is curved, accused of participating in the riots (part 2 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code) and the application of violence in relation to a representative of the authorities (part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code).
Krivov is a Parnassus activist, a participant in protest promotions, including pickets in defense of "Prisoners of Bolotnaya". According to investigators, on May 6, during a stiff breakthrough, he pulled a rubber stick from one of the police officers and struck the police officers. "The investigation has irrefutable evidence of Krivov’s involvement in the commission of these crimes, including the testimony of witnesses and victims, as well as video shooting from the scene," the TFR said.
Two riot police officers are undergoing victims in the Krivov case. One of them was diagnosed with a bruise of the right hand, the other curves allegedly pushed with two hands in the chest, which is why he "lost balance". In the video recording of the episode, not a single blow from Krivov is visible, and he did not take the club from the policeman.
Free "swamp prisoner" remained two minor children and a mother - a disabled person of the 2nd group.
