The results of the year. We crawled into stagnation

Over the past year, nothing happened in the Russian economy that could demand any serious comments. A year began well, decent rates of economic growth were observed, which inspired certain hopes for improving the situation. But then these hopes melted, because it became clear that the tariffs were not raised at the beginning of the year due to the presidential election-they were raised from the middle of the year, the inflation index climbed up, there were no fruit crops, so there was no summer decrease in fruits. At the same time, we reached more or less decent inflation at 6-7%. The final data is not yet clear. However, in any case, this cannot be called victory.

As for the dynamics of the economy, it was quite low - according to preliminary estimates, about 3.7%, but I suspect that even less. I have the feeling that we crawled into a stagnation situation that will last a long time. The business climate in Russia is such that the business works half of its capabilities. The percentage of capital, which is exported abroad, is very significant. All the main parameters of the economy are at the bottom point. This is due to the complex processes that occur in the global economy. I associate them with the fact that the stage of industrialization has ended and the stage of innovation began. She has completely different patterns, the world economy is not adapted to this. To raise the economy, we use the same methods that are still accepted in the West - with monetary softening, which no longer gives an effect. There is some relief, but no more. We are saved by fairly high prices for natural wealth, and while they are preserved, we can sleep peacefully. But when we wake up and the situation will change, serious difficulties will arise.

We can only fix something if we are ready to go to serious changes in the institutional foundations of our political and legal system. We need a serious and deep review of the work of law enforcement, law enforcement and judges. Measures against corruption are taken, but with the help of methods that are least sensitive to our elite, so they have no effect on the situation. So so far it does not reach serious changes and, in my opinion, will not reach. And without them, a complete transition to an innovative economy is impossible. The acceleration of our movement in the innovative sphere is based on political and legal issues, issues related to education, and so on. If we do not take a course to create a situation in which a person will be free, will not be afraid, but will be able to calmly reflect on the content of the creative process, we will not succeed.
