Tomsk journalist Stanislav Mikryukov in the next two weeks can be deported by decision of the local FMS. Where they will send him is absolutely unclear: a refugee from Uzbekistan, he has been living in Russia for more than 15 years and Uzbek citizenship, according to him, has long lost, and the Russian one could not get.

Mikryukov himself believes that he is pursued for a number of publications in the Tomsk media - on the pages of the novo.tomsk.ru portal, he criticizes local authorities with enviable perseverance, not sparing neither the mayor, nor the administration officials, nor the heads of the local Internal Affairs Directorate. In an interview with Publicpost, the journalist told how, who and for what is trying to expel him from the country.

- Many Russian media responded toyour history . Did their attention have somehow affected the development of the situation?

There is attention to the media, but the expulsion mechanism has already been launched. Yesterday, IPMS workers came to me and handed a notification - within 14 days I have to get out of Russia. Where to get out, I still did not understand, they simply said: "You must leave." I formally lost the citizenship of Uzbekistan. I sent 6 requests to the official bodies of Uzbekistan - to the consulate, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to the General Prosecutor's Office, to the presidential administration, so far there is no answer.

I wrote everything as it was - according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, I did not get up for consular records for five years, even more formally, I have already lost the citizenship of Uzbekistan three times, since I have been living in Russia for 15 years. Most likely, they will not answer me at all. This practice shows - Uzbek official bodies usually do not answer letters at all. The last three days I have called the consulates in Novosibirsk and in Moscow, no one even picked up the phone there.

- Do you think that the case can really get to the deportation?

Quite. See: on weekends, four UFMS employees in the Tomsk region come to me. It seems to me that although I can reason for the subjective that the FMS is engaged exclusively with me. There is clearly the interest of some rather high-ranking employee. Until recently, the same employees vowed to me: in no case will they be canceled permission to accommodate. And in December, the deputy head of the Federal Migration Service of Bondarenko, although she does not deal with foreign citizens at all, requires my papers, can be canceled for temporary residence and refuses to reside. And all.

- You have been living in Russia for a long time, on the basis of what have you been denied citizenship?

The refusal procedure is built in such a way that you are not provided with official papers. They just say: we do not accept your documents, because there is no certificate here, there is something else here. In December 2001, when I was still a student, I submitted documents to the OVIR of the Kirovsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Tomsk. Everything was drawn up correctly, but the documents were returned, because I did not have a certificate of where I would live in the next six months. In 2004, I wrote to Putin, wrote to the administration of the Tomsk region, in OVIR. Subscriptions came from everywhere.

My situation is absurd in Cuba. I am trying to obtain Russian citizenship, but for this I first need to get a passport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the action of the old ended in 2003. I am going to receive a new one, but on the border with Kazakhstan, Russian border guards are being removed from the train-the passport is expired. By 2006, it was possible to restore it, but now the migration service refused due to the lack of permanent registration and migration card. It was already the fourth refusal.

- In your materials, you directly associate the pressure with the publication of the material about an apartment with an area of ​​almost 200 square meters. m, which the head of the Tomsk Internal Affairs Directorate Igor Mitrofanov allegedly received for use from the regional Duma. On other journalists, the novo.tomsk.ru portal is also crushed or only concentrated on you?

The pressure is constantly. The chief editor of the portal Andrei Volkov is constantly trying to write out some linden administrative fines-either for violation of fire safety rules, then for something else. Some people came to the owners of the domain name, some people came and threatened, directly said: "If you do not shut up, we will arrange a problem for you." By the way, this was immediately after the publication about the mayor’s car (it was a note that stated that one hundred thousand dollars were spent from the city budget for the purchase of a car for the mayor Nikolai Nikolaichuk - Publicpost). The process does not subside, it constantly goes from the moment we appeared.

-Did you think to get political asylum somewhere in Europe?

No, because I see the situation with me as a grotesque. Although, if it goes so, maybe I’ll write to France, instead of Depardieu.

“Have you tried to appeal the refusals somehow?”

And now I’m trying, although I understand that my chances are not very large. I will write Putin once again to Romodanovsky (the head of the FMS Konstantin Romodanovsky - Publicpost). In Russia, a program of resettlement of compatriots has now been announced in Russia, and the FMS, as it turned out, acts strictly the opposite, according to the program of expulsion of compatriots.
