In the center of Moscow, the most influential representative of the criminal world in the post-Soviet space, the 75-year-old thief in the law of Aslan Usoyan nicknamed Santa Hassan, was shot dead. The King of the Russian Mafia was fired in broad daylight at the exit of the restaurant, later he died in the hospital, and announced the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to some sources, the shots sounded at about 14:30 near the N52 house on Vovarskaya Street, at the exit from the Karety Courtyard restaurant, Interfax reports. According to other sources, the attempt was made on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street near the house N55, where the Old Feton cafe is located. It is a kind of headquarters of grandfather Hassan, writes Fontanka.ru with reference to the agency of journalistic investigations of the openwork.
- Grandfather Hassan was killed from a special machine gun
The wounded mafioso was sent to the Botkin hospital with a very severe wound, where he died, without regaining consciousness. The police say that Usoyan died from wounds in the head, in the TFR - from wounds in the neck.
In addition, a woman was also injured. According to some data, she turned out to be a random passerby, according to others, she works as a waitress of the Old Feton restaurant and went out to hold Usoyan.
The woman was wounded as a result of a ricochet, she was hospitalized, and her life is out of danger, Rosbalt reports with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
According to the initial preliminary information, they shot at Usoyan six times from a rifle with an optical sight. Sources in law enforcement agencies reported that the fire was led from the roof of the house on Vovarskaya Street, and Killer’s weapon was already found there - Dragunov sniper rifle, which was taken for examination.
However, later it was reported to the SK SK SK that they were supposedly shot from a special silent rifle "VAL", which was used by special forces of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, and shot from a residential building opposite the restaurant: on the stairs between the fifth and sixth floors found cartridges and a folding chair of the alleged killer.
Some bullets hit the jaw of grandfather Hassan. However, the Investigative Committee claims that Usoyan died from a single bullet. At the same time, for some reason, nothing reports on how, at the time of the assassination, the bodyguards of Usoyan acted with whom he was inseparable.
Oleg Baranov and the head of the Main Investigation Department of the IC of the Russian Federation for Moscow, Vadim Yakovenko, visited the scene of the incident. The passage to the court of the house of the Executive Committee of the International Community of Writing Unions was blocked by the police during the work of the investigative-operational group.
Shortly after the attempt at the house, located next to the restaurant "Carbonity", a large number of journalists gathered. Sellers of the attempts of trading kiosks and stores located next to the place of attempts were reported that the attempt was fleeting, they did not have time to notice and understand anything. The merchants began to pay attention to what was happening when journalists began to go to the scene.
Experts guess what will happen next
The death of Aslan Usoyan, according to the source in law enforcement agencies, is fraught with the activation of various criminal structures and the exacerbation of conflicts between them. The criminal case was opened under Article 105 (murder) and 222 (illegal turnover of weapons) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
According to the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Kulikov, the attempt on Usoyan is associated "with the next wave of redistribution in the criminal world," ITAR-TASS reports. "In the 1990s (years), some criminals were in prison, now they have left, but their places are already occupied. So this is a new redistribution, another wave," the ex-minister believes.
On the contrary, the head of the State Duma Committee on Security and Countering Corruption Irina Yarovaya (United Russia faction) made a calming statement. In her opinion, the murder of criminal authority Aslan Usoyan does not at all indicate the return of the "dashing 90s" to Russia.
“Without a doubt, this daring crime was prepared. I believe that the investigating authorities will establish the causes of crimes, customers and its performers - any custom -made killings committed so defiantly, in public places, have a special public danger,” the deputy said.
However, there will be no "surge of criminal wars", the parliamentarian is sure. “Today is another country, other laws and another law and order,” she emphasized.
Another expert comes to the even more paradoxical conclusion about the completion of the criminal war as a result of the death of grandfather Hassan - a former deputy head of drug control, as well as a former employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and FSB, Alexander Mikhailov.
“It was a fairly iconic figure in the criminal world. I believe that after the murder of Hassan, the redistribution of this market ends,” said Alexander Mikhailov. - For too long they have been hunting for him. This is the second attempt. After the first attempt, there was no serious aggravation of the situation. I do not think that some exacerbation of the criminal situation will be in Moscow now. Moreover, now in many ways the situation is under control. "
The murder of the mafioso will help to even stabilize the situation even more, since “the fewer bandits, the better for society,” added a native of the special services.
The crime in Povarskaya in a matter of hours caused a wide resonance. The nickname of criminal authority Grandfather Hassan on Cyrillic in the world trends (a dozen of the most discussed topics) Twitter microblogs service, RIA Novosti reports. This list contains only those words that are mentioned at least 10-20 thousand messages per hour. And the active audience of Twitter in the world has more than 200 million people.
The attempt of 2010 and the struggle of the clans
Aslan Usoyan, officially registered in St. Petersburg, was already becoming the target of Moscow killers. On September 16, 2010, he was shot at the entrance to the entrance of the house on Tverskaya Street.
Together with his grandfather Hassan, his guard Arthur Bagramyan was wounded. The killer shot from the window of one of the neighboring houses. Usoyan managed to survive, and at first, for security purposes, a rumor was dissolved about his death.
In an atmosphere of the strictest secrecy of the victim, the mafia was taken to the same Botkin hospital and operated on (the bullet damaged the intestines). Killer, who left the crime scene, was photographed by the observation camera, but his face was not visible.
High -ranking security forces and bandits gathered in the hospital to the wounded. As a result of the shot criminal authority, about a hundred people were guarded by joint efforts, including fighters of elite police units and special services.
After a week, the presence of bandits and security officers in the hospital chambers was so tired of doctors that they sent an influential mafioso home - to treat. After that, grandfather Hassan turned into a voluntary recluse, showing suspicion and caution. According to some reports, even his connections and authority was not enough for the “gangster detectives” to find the organizer of the assassination attempt. According to one version, someone from the inner circle wanted to kill him.
The search for customers of the crime was also prevented by the fact that too many versions were drawn in the case, since Usoyan had plenty of ill-wishers, not only among competitors-mafiosi, but even among businessmen and officials.
It is known that shortly before the attack, Aslan Usoyan had a very unpleasant conversation about the construction of roads for the upcoming Olympiad in Sochi. These works in the region are performed by firms controlled by Grandfather Hassan, but in Moscow many do not agree with this situation.
In addition, Aslan Usoyan considered the thief in the law of Merab Jangveladze, which is close to his long -standing opponent Tariel Oniani named Tarot, as his main enemy of the thief in the law. "The Usoyan clan found that a potential danger comes from this person (Jangveladze), he was actually a death sentence," the law enforcement agencies noted earlier.
However, in law enforcement agencies there is also a version that the attempt on Tverskaya was a staging of grandfather Hassan himself.
According to some reports, since the late 1980s, Aslan Usoyan has controlled criminal groups both in Russia and beyond. According to the press, the main income of the criminal empire of Usoyan were associated with the illegal gambling business, the trafficking of drugs and weapons, as well as the extraction of natural resources.
The last attempt on Aslan Usoyan in law enforcement agencies is compared with the murder of his friend - a thief in the law and the “father of the Russian mafia” of Vyacheslav Ivankov, nicknamed Japanchik. He was mortally wounded in the north-west of Moscow in July 2009 under similar circumstances.
“In both cases, the killer was a high -class professional,” the source of Interfax notes in power structures.
Vyacheslav Ivankova wounded Sniper on July 28, 2009, when the criminal authority left the Thai Elephant restaurant on Khoroshevskoye Shosse. The killer equipped a disguised fire point in the Gazelle, parked across the road. Doctors fought for the life of the thief for several months in law, but on October 9, 2009 he died.
According to law enforcement agencies, both the grandfather of Hassan and the Japanese, some time ago, came into conflict with the Georgian thieves clan in the head of Tariel Oniani. According to the source, Grandfather Hassan even vowed to avenge the Japanchik killed in 2009. “As a result, the registered killings of those involved in the warring thieves clan were committed in Spain and France, and the leader of this clan was arrested in the suburbs and sent to bars and accused of extortion,” the interlocutor of Interfax said.
Aslan Usoyan was born on February 24, 1937 in Tbilisi, and he heard the first sentence in 19 years for resistance to police officers. In 1959, he received 5 years for robbery, but went out at parole. In 1966, Usoyan was again sentenced for speculation. It was during this period that he was “crowned”, and later he was released by parole.
In 1994, Usoyan settled in St. Petersburg, where he was allegedly invited by local authority Konstantin Yakovlev, known as Kostya Mogil.
In 1998, the Hassan’s grandfather was attempted in Sochi, but then the killer missed. After the second attempt in Moscow, when Usoyan only miraculously escaped death, he strengthened the guard, constantly changed cars during movements, and for working in the security service, he reached immigrants from law enforcement agencies.
The mafia has his own "stability": Grandfather Hassan managed to prepare the successor
After the assassination of 2010, Aslan Usoyan seriously thought about the fate of his criminal empire after his death. The thief in law made a bet on relatives from among the Kurds of the Sezids. And he chose his nephew - Dmitry Canturia, nicknamed Miron.
Canturia was born in 1981 in Georgia, and by 2004 he was so mastered in the criminal world that the mafia uncle appointed him "looking" in the Yaroslavl region. In the same year, the metropolitan operatives detained Miron along with another relative of his grandfather Hassan - Yuri Usoyan. They found drugs, but the "authorities" escaped with conditional terms.
In 2005, the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Yaroslavl Region aroused a case against Miron for forging documents, and he was even put on the wanted list. But the sending to the colony of Canturia again escaped.
After the attempt was committed to Hasan’s grandfather in the fall of 2010, he urgently transferred his nephew from the Yaroslavl region to the Moscow School of Podomosvo and gradually began to put it on business. Canturia began to communicate with all businessmen controlled by the clan, negotiating with other thieves in law, and so on.
It is known that Miron really does not like to bring conflict situations in the mafia world to an open confrontation, preferring to resolve controversial issues through negotiations. Because of this, even ardent opponents of Usoyan are loyal to him. But at the same time they consider him an upstart, since Miron does not have a single “imprisonment” behind him.
Miron understands that in the gangster war he is prepared for a key role. Therefore, recently, he also surrounded himself with a large group of bodyguards, Rosbalt agency wrote at the beginning of the month.
Aslan Usoyan himself has recently guarded more than ten bodyguards. When he was in his favorite restaurants "Bosphorus" (headquarters of Miron) and "Old Phaeton" (headquarters of his grandfather Hassan himself), a whole numbness of gangsters was built around his table.
Usoyan “placed” the most faithful supporters in the regions: in the Krasnodar Territory “resolved issues” by Yuri Usoyan (Yura Lazarevsky), in the Sverdlovsk region - another nephew of grandfather Khasan Temuri Mirzoev (Timur Sverdlovsky), and in Kazakhstan - Kurd -Sezid Gadi Kaloyan (onyk, Koronovan in the summer of 2012).
According to the operatives, the only one who can make Miron serious competition in the struggle for leadership is the "legalist" Zakhary Kalashov (Shakro young). But until 2013, he is serving a term in Spain for money laundering. His extradition is also required by Georgia, where Kalashov has been convicted in absentia to 18 years for the abduction and murder of businessman Alex Crane.
In addition, the enemy of Kalashov is another close to the grandfather of Hassan - a thief in the Law of Lasha Shushanashvili.
So far, Shakro's interests in Moscow are defended by his ex -wife Donar. According to the operatives, she personally participates in some “gatherings” of gangsters and comes to “arrows” in the limousine with the “speaking“ license plate ”in ... OR.”
"Azerbaijani trail"
Recently, a potential threat from the young clan Jemo Micheladze (JMO) and Rovshan Dzhaniev (Rovshan Lambaryansky) has grown for Usoyan.
Rovshan’s criminal career began in 1996, when he straightened his father with the killer of his father right in the courtroom. Having served the deadline, he began to rapidly move along the hierarchical ladder of the criminal world. Now he is considered one of the richest "legalists".
Rovshan wants to unite under his power Azerbaijani “authorities”, but many of them (Bahysh Aliyev nicknamed Vakha, Nadir Salifov, nicknamed Lot Gulu and Yusif Aliyev, known as Yuska Shamkirsky) are included in the Usoyan clan. Since 2009, Dzhaniev has been trying to supplant the Hassan Azerbaijani proteges from the wholesale market of greenery in Moscow. About 20 gangsters have already been killed in this war, mainly from the Rovshan clan.
In the same 2009, Dzhaniev had a problem because of Hassan's friend - Japanese. Vyacheslav Ivankov decided to take control of the production and sale of dry concrete mixtures in the suburbs. At the same time, most retail and wholesale construction markets were under the jurisdiction of bandits close to Rovshan. In the middle of summer, the parties did not come to an agreement at a "gathering", and soon the Japanese received a bullet.
In the fall of 2010, Rovshan was detained in Ukraine with a fake passport, and then he entrusted his criminal empire by the assistant Vagif Tukanov. Already in September 2010, Tukanov was killed, and two weeks later on Tverskaya was wounded by his grandfather Hassan himself.
In April 2012, Killer shot the Azerbaijani “authority” Ilgar Dzhabrailov nicknamed Danabash. According to the operatives, he played an extremely important role in the Usoyan clan, as he was responsible for safety and supervised the Azerbaijani direction in the clan. Now Grandfather Hassan began to guess that his main enemy was Rovshan Dzhaniev, and not Tariel Oniani.
Soon, the “Malyava” (Message) (a message), which was signed and brought by the colonies of more than 30 thieves in the law (including 10 Azerbaijani) from the Usoyan clan, spread through the criminal community. It said that by the decision of the "criminal generals" Lyankaransky finally and irrevocably deprived of the title "Thief in Law".
However, by this time, Rovshan was already enlisted by the support of about a hundred “lawyers”, including Jemo Mikeladze and Merab Dzhangveladze.
At the end of 2012, in Istanbul, the people of Rovshan tracked down in Istanbul and beaten to half death Bahysh Aliyev.
Rovshan himself now lives in the UAE, where he is satisfied with the "Grits of the United Opposition of Gangsters." On one of them, held on December 10, the 16 mafiosi was “crowned” at once, who will participate in the war with the clan of Santa Hassan.
Usoyan replenished the ranks of his clan for at least 26 people in a year.
