The first issue of the program will be held on Wednesday, January 16, at 22:00. The guest of the program will be a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, chairman of the CIS Committee and Relations with compatriots - Leonid Slutsky, who will talk about how Russian -speaking compatriots live in the countries of the former USSR and what obligations Russia brings to them.
A week later, on January 23, on the air of a program dedicated to Latvia, the opinions of Latvian bloggers and politicians will be announced. And on January 30, the consul of the Embassy of Latvia in Russia - Uldis Simson will tell about the life of Russians in Latvia.
"Lingva Frank" will go on the air of "Echo of Moscow" on Wednesdays at 22:00.
