In the summer of 2012, the rest of the oak square was cut down in Khimki near the railway, most of which was previously destroyed under a cafe and household. Then, on the site of the square - between the Khimki railway station and the park named after Leo Tolstoy - construction began.
To date, the construction looks like this:

The plate says that the Office Center is being built, and it is being built by LLC "Real Estate":

But is this construction similar to an office center similar? According to some (unconfirmed data) data, there will now be a mosque on the site of cut off oaks.
Neither public hearings, nor any other informing of residents (which, in this case, could, in accordance with the law, express their approval/disapproval to the construction at the place of the Green Zone).
Near the alleged mosque, in the same way - bypassing the public hearing and General Plan G.O. Khimki - several cafes were erected on the site of the cut off oaks, households for labor migrants were set.
