My answer to Yulia Latynina

I am writing hot on the heels of her broadcast on January 19, 2013 at 19:00 on the radio station “Echo of Moscow”.

In the finale, she briefly responded to a request from listeners to comment on the fact that approximately 70% of Russians support the “Dima Yakovlev Law.” Yulia Leonidovna replied that, in her opinion, the mob is the mob. She believes that in a state where the share of Internet users, Facebook and Twitter is very high, everyone who wants can educate themselves on this matter.

Let me argue with Ms. Latynina on this issue.

I myself have been on the Internet since 1997. But still, sometimes, out of habit, I start calling somewhere, instead of going to the switched on (!!!) computer and, with a couple of mouse clicks, find out and clarify what I need.

Accordingly, I am not sure that the entire multi-million army of Russian Internet users reached her excellent article on this issue in Gazeta.Ru.

A lot of people on social networks communicate exclusively with their acquaintances, and, accordingly, cannot clarify anything specific. After all, to do this you need to be subscribers of famous politicians, journalists, and all those who have the necessary information. But the vast majority of the population is not interested.

Accordingly, the overwhelming majority of the population is simply not aware of the horror that is happening to orphans in orphanages in general and to disabled orphans in particular.

But if you talk to these people, they immediately change their minds. One such case was described on Facebook by Konstantin Borovoy.

The main problem is that the government is good at brainwashing the population.

People of good will and common sense need to think about what can be opposed to the authorities here.
