The Kursk region plans to open multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services in each of 28 districts and 5 urban districts by 2014, reports the information and press committee of the regional administration.
In settlements with a population of 1 to 2 thousand people, it is planned to organize the work of the involved organizations - Russian Post and Sberbank - to provide government services on a “one-window” principle.
Currently, MFCs operate in 16 districts in the region. In addition, there are mobile points, on the basis of which last year specialists received more than 6 thousand people from among the residents of remote farms and villages, who were provided with 425 services and 2.3 thousand consultations.
In total, it is planned to open 500 multifunctional centers in the region; the corresponding parameters and layouts have already been prepared.
It is reported that the most popular services among residents of the Kursk region are registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it; issuance and replacement of passports and foreign passports; social services and services related to land relations, archival information.
