Doctors at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute have serious fears for the fate of a woman who was wounded during an attempt on criminal authority Aslan Usoyan. The life of the victim is still in jeopardy, although there is still some positive dynamics. Law enforcement officers, meanwhile, are thinking about the future of the Russian criminal world, which, apparently, after the death of grandfather Hassan, awaits the change.
“If we manage to save her, she, unfortunately, will remain a deep disabled person,” the director of the Research Institute Anzor Khubutius quotes the ITAR -TASS. According to the medic, MIRIT BIKCHURI was taken to the hospital unconscious with large blood loss. “She had a through bullet wound. The bullet wounded both lungs and completely broke the spinal cord,” Interfax quotes the doctor. “Such a spinal cord rupture is a very heavy lesion that causes heavy complications. The legs will not work.”
At the same time, there is still a small reason for optimism - there is a positive dynamics, sources in medical circles are reported: “The most difficult was the last evening, when the girl’s condition worsened, the temperature increased to 39.2. However, she is more treated. This is better in the morning, her temperature is 37.5 in the morning. At the same time, we still evaluate its condition as extremely severe, although there is a positive dynamics.”
Ministry of Internal Affairs: Grandfather Hassan had interests in the jade business
Recall that Grandfather Hassan, who was considered the most influential in Russia, if not in the entire post -Soviet space, a thief in law, was mortally wounded by a killer on January 16 in the center of Moscow. The motives for the murder of criminal authority and the names of its possible customers in law enforcement agencies are not yet called. Nevertheless, unofficially, one of the main versions is the assumption that the crime has become the result of the struggle in the criminal world for power.
“It was a fairly iconic figure in the criminal world ... After the murder of Hassan, the redistribution of this market and ends,” said former deputy head of drug control, and ex -employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and FSB Alexander Mikhailov. Former Minister of Internal Affairs Anatoly Kulikov, in turn, suggested that the murder of grandfather Hassan, on the contrary, was associated "with another wave of redistribution in the criminal world."
The current colleagues of the ex-minister are inclined to such an assessment of what is happening. Moreover, according to the assessment of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Siberian Federal District, Yuri Zhashchalykin, the redistribution can be expected not only in the capital - but even in Siberia. “We do not exclude such moments,” said the representative of the headquarters.
He explained that Grandfather Hassan controlled up to 70% of all Siberian thieves in law. “Not so long ago, we detained one of the“ authorities ”in Buryatia - a certain Ivanov, the nickname“ Sadyk ”, and with it - a group of persons who control the production of jade in one of the areas. This is just a person along this line,” added Barevalykin.
Note that the Buryat jade crafts in the field of view of law enforcement officers came long before the death of Grandfather Hassan. At the end of last year, police officers revealed illegal extraction of more than 20 tons of nefrites in the Kavkutinsky deposit, and the damage from this amounted to over 600 million rubles. According to investigators, from May 2011 to October 2012, attackers illegally developed stone deposits, falsifying graphic coordinates to licensing and permissive documents. Representatives of the Dylach family of the Drylach family of the Family-Radio-Roda-Roda-Radio Community are considered to be the direct abductors of the jade, but the investigators are sure of their accomplices, there were officials from Rosnedr.
The fact is that the department has repeatedly announced competitions for the development of the field, but for some reason, for some reason, it was possible to avoid competition every time. For example, in May last year, a tender was announced, the main applicants were determined according to the results of the qualification selection, "however, the final meeting by order of Rosnedr was canceled, and the official documentation of the competition participants was stolen."
On this fact, a criminal case was opened under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "The abduction or damage to documents made of selfish or other personal interest." The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes that the investigation against Rosnedr is carried out as part of the president’s instruction on decriminalization of the country's jade industry, as well as a criminal case previously instituted by the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia under Part 4 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code - "Theft committed on an especially large scale" - on the fact of illegal production of jade, reports ITAR -TASS.
