Altist Alexander Pan, who attacked the bailiff and dislocated his finger, complained to the Izvestia that the investigator Damir Samermhanov, the leading his case, filed a petition for his forced treatment. Pan must go to the judicial psychiatric clinic of the Chekhov district of the Moscow region, where he will spend at least six months.
In the first half of 2012, Pan was a regular visitor to the Moscow City Court, which listened to the case of Professor Anatoly Ryabov, a pianist accused of pedophilia, and then justified by the Supreme Court . Pan, familiar with Ryabov for 20 years, was present at meetings, at one of them began to threaten the witness of the prosecution. When the pan, gathering on tour and rushing to the airport, left the building, the bailiff blocked his road.
“I didn’t show him resistance, but just tried to find another way,” the musician assures. “A few more bailiffs arrived. They surrounded me, and when I tried to break through, one of the bailiffs held a maneuver of capture.” The case ended for the bailiff with a dislocated finger and “subcutaneous separation of the tendon of the extensor of the finger” (quote from medical report). During the investigation, which lasted eight months, the pan was fired from the Zhukovsky Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Sergei Skripka.
Pan and his lawyer were presented to conduct an examination of the state of the Altist at the time of the “fight” to prove: disobedience to the representative of the authorities was due to the affect. However, examination in the State Scientific Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry named after V.P. Serbian revealed an “acute polymorphic psychotic disorder” among the Altist.
Acute polymorphic psychotic disorder is of two types - "with symptoms of schizophrenia" and "without symptoms", i.e. With emotional disorders. In such disorders, the degree of violation of the psyche is significant, and treatment should begin in the shortest possible time and is carried out in a psychiatric hospital.
As a result, the musician is sent to a psychiatric hospital No. 5 in the village of Troitskoye, Moscow Region. The discharge commission gathers in this hospital once every six months, the musician has already found out, which means that he will not have a chance to get out from there earlier.
