In addition, football officials are going to attract more modest cities - for two rents with a capacity of 30 thousand spectators, an exception will be made.

The stadium at which the semifinal and final matches will take place should meet the highest requirements and have a capacity of at least 70 thousand spectators.

One country can be represented only by one arena, so if UEFA selects the Weembla final, then England will not see the group stage.
