We can be imprisoned for anything, for as long as you like and on any charges, evidence is not required. And you are going to explain to the investigator how everything was actually in fact - keep in mind that in this place you write the accusatory part of the sentence. Oh, how hard it is to step on the acute desire to "explain everything." It is very difficult to be useless. But nothing, many live. Choose your audience. Do not try to “explain everything” where your sentence is written long before meeting your bright, unique and honest personality.
